A lot of people hate EA for the bugs or online only DRM but hey at least you still can play the games in the consoles you own in the USA.
Meanwhile Nintendo is blocking us the 3rd party games we used to play on the Playstation. Yes we are talking about the Fatal Frame series and in some ways the Xenogears series.
Over half of the discussion in the Fatal Frame V thread are fans begging for a localization instead of actually discussing about the game. Why? It's all Nintendo's fault. Back then when the Fatal Frame series(1, 2, and 3) were on the Playstation(where it belongs) we would expect them to be released worldwide just like how we expect Final Fantasy to be released worldwide. It was all common sense so there is no need for begging. Hey even the less popular Deception series from Tecmo get localized all the time, every single game in the series got localized.
But that changed ever since Nintendo put their dirty foots into something where they don't belong. Nintendo fans would make lame excuses for their overlord of how and why Fatal Frame 4 and Fatal Frame 2 remake didn't get localized. So this time we would love to see what kind of laughable excuses they will make for Fatal Frame 5.
Also Nintendo removing the bikini costumes and instead add in Luigi and Samus costumes, WTF is that? We don't want kiddy stuff in our mature games, so give us back the bikinis already.
The petitions shouldn't be for Nintendo to localize the games we always were supposed to get, they should be for Nintendo to get their evil, stinking, ugly grubby hands off our Playstation franchises.
And don't get us started with Xenoblade. Fans need to beg for it and at the end only exclusive to be sold at one little chain store. The non marketing and cockblocking from Nintendo of so many huge franchises are disgusting. And yet Nintendo fans wonder why 3rd party relationships with Nintendo are so bad? Sony and Microsoft are saints compared to Nintendo.
P.S. Marketing 101: You don't reveal a game 2 months before its release. There is not enough time to be hyped or advertised and no one would even know its existence. Well unless you are trying to sabotage the very few 3rd party games that stupidly come your way.
P.P.S. Nintendo need to stop destroying game franchises like Fatal Frame and Xenogears. Also Nintendo fans need to stop letting themselves get hurt by Nintendo again and again. Please, make the correct petitions, and the true voices be heard.
