Can't see it, there were some very real limitations to the PS3 in regards to running Gamebryo properly. PS4 has none of those issues.

Started the pre load, it will take me 16 hours, my Internet is slow, but I'm glad pre loading exist, I really envy some of you guys internet speed.

I simply can't imagine they didn't give lop-sided care to the PS4 version. It would literally heart their bottom line given the PS4's install base and the reactiveness of its community.
Not sure honestly. I've also read reports where there has been 0 issues over 20 hours on the ps4. Will be best to wait for DF's report once they release it.

It's one guy's experience. Which doesn't say anything. I can tell you that New Vegas ran like shit on my xbox 360 (it really didn't run any better than the PS3, it just had different annoyances and crashed often) and other people have said it ran fine on theirs. How it runs on one PS4 is not telling how it will run on everyone's PS4. Especially with games like this that are open and people will have a whole lot of different variables, one experience really can't tell you how well it'll run. Hell, he may be lucky on the xbox one (cause that game won't have the same variables either).

What is the deal with people that get the game early and being bad at videogames? I swear every video of a game that someone got pre-release they are horrible and move in slow motion.

I belive loading took up to 1 min when using quick travel. Dont remember the others (like entering building etc)

How many people still click "Play" on Steam with high hopes after a pre-load completes? I can't help myself
Yeah, that was the one thing I did notice was way better on my 360 version of New Vegas vs. PS3... it loaded so much faster.
Oh no.
Kinda worried now after how choppy Witcher 3 got at times before the most recent patches.
Hopefully there is a cure-all day 1 patch for PS4. Makes no sense if the XB1 version has better performance at the same resolution.
Bethesda surely ain't going to do this again are they?

If these PS4 reports are true and XB1 is the better platform to play it on, that would suck. I'm getting the XB1 version myself and I kinda suspected the XB1 version would be superior ever since they announced the XB1 mod support partnership with Microsoft (and then later on seeing the Fallout Xbox One controllers announced), but hopefully these are just isolated cases. Everyone should have an equal experience with the game no matter what platform they choose.

on both consoles the framerate goes low when fighting multiple enemies according to the reports
but the gameplay footage out there seemed fine

I have no idea. I just looked over the most recent reports from people playing the game.
One person in there claims that it runs smooth so I do not know what to make out of this.
But most of them seem to complain about FPS,IQ and texture stuff.
I'd trust the majority + the stream I just saw if I was on the fence.

Well a few posts further someone says that he has no FPS problems, only once.
So wait until the embargo is lifted.

i don't think bethesda want to play that game again after all the shit they went through with the way the game was built for PS3 since both new gen consoles don't have those issues at all.

QUICK QUESTION:
Todd Howard said one of his biggest regrets of FO3 was no vehicles but I've seen nothing about vehicles related to FO4 other than FM6 DLCs. Now, I remember seeing vehicles as wreckage in E3 videos but was it confirmed or otherwise that drivable vehicles wouldn't be in this game?
