Oh I see it now and now I'm seeing why beam was banned. Mods found out he liked Bleach a little too much and they took care of it. Best OT manga thread is still the one flawfuls made a couple years back.

Makes sense, since flawfuls is the best poster when it comes to manga anything.

In other news, I finally got around to checking out Sakamoto this morning, not too bad.

Such a tease scene, was so exciting for a bit and everything but then the drama. I hope the separation wont last too long as they had really made good progress and I think the feelings started to come to the surface and such.

Were any of his works not cancelled? Shonen Jump seems to be ruthless to him, maybe he would be more successful in SQ or even in another publisher.

Yeah, it's a lesser thread without him. Think he was off to med school or whatever, so maybe he'll be back when he's Docflaw.

He'd have a longer shelf life with some smaller publisher, I guess, but if WSJ keeps giving him chances, it's up to him to rise up to the challenge.

Dude started that manga reading club thing which got me to read some interesting stuff (like Music of Marie) plus his usual recommendations (FOURTEEN) so he will always have my respect

Well, I certainly didn't expect to get hooked on this. It's originally in Korean, so it's not a manga really, but whatever. The art's pretty amateur, but it's getting better. Basically, it's about a famous magician going undercover in a magician school in order to protect/become friends with his charge. There's a lot implied to be going on behind the scenes, so the world seems mysterious and dangerous, despite what the school setting would make you feel. The main character has a pretty good sense of humor regardless of what's going on around him.

It does have a nasty habit of having short chapters and ending on cliffhangers, which makes the biweekly+ wait somewhat unbearable. I'm pretty sure this author's doing this unpaid, as it's listed under Best Challenges instead of where all the other main Naver comics are. Here's to hoping he gets to the big leagues sooner rather than later.

So wait FT will end soon? I'm guessing so because it feels all end game to me with Zeref and everything. Kinda hyped for that. Hope this one is a seinen manga so he can get away with more.

Beam is banned huh? Well less facepalming on my end as he embarrasses Bleach fans around the world. The sad part is that without the Bleach tendencies he is actually a good poster.

Hope a new Dragons Rioting chapter comes out this week.

Well the school competition arc was fun and a huge highlight to this series. I like the mythology present and how others were able to also do great wishes. Being able to do one and somehow alter the other peoples wishes and future is a minor but intriguing aspect that I wonder will come up when someone else made a wish and had a future vision as well. In any event, at least I think my three get to stick together assuming the injured one is who I think it is.

Mashima is a workhorse, this doesn't mean anything for FT. He already did other short mangas alongside FT (I think Monster Hunter was one) when he wasn't busy putting out 3 chapters in a single week.

Kagami wasn't canceled, he canceled it himself. I think Mx0 was hinted to the same effect but I don't remember the details.

With Kagami, he straight up said in the volume comments that it was a bad idea to make a manga with a movement restricted MC.

Well, as recent Fairy Tail chapters have indicated, Mashima is in dire need of an outlet for his sexual urges, so either this new series will be full-on hentai, or Fairy Tail will finally complete it's transformation into hardcore pornography and the new series will act as it's replacement.
Either way, many more Boobs will be drawn, as they should.

The Karin manga is so sweet. Overly sweet even. The perfect counter to the fucking-it-all-sourness of stuff like Town Rage or Good Ending.

Is it a shoujo? It is classified as shoujo in some places but the art style seem so un-shoujo-ish.

Karin is that vampire one, right? t's sorta shoujo-ish but I usually think its more like a Shounen romcom
