Nice.

Been looking forward to hearing what this clown has to say about the best Star Wars movie.
He clearly doesn't appreciate the thematic depths of a badly played Jedi lad boning a skinny princess in space.

THE VIDEO ISN'T UP BUT THE THREAD IS HERE?
YOU FUCKING TEASING BASTARD.
AGGGHH!

That doesn't happen in the movie, unless you count the battle arena sequence as the SW equivalent of a sex scene.

I honestly think they could have cast Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Daniel Day-Lewis, Meryl Streep, Sam Rockwell, and Gene Hackman in these films and still made the actors look bad.

Every actor in the prequels came out worse for their roles.

It's sad tp see people hyped over a review meant to trash the prequels to hell and back in an in-depth rant analysis of why the prequels sucks, moreso than the movies to begin with. The hate is strong with some people.

I'm not sure what you're saying. People are more hyped about the scathing review than they were about the films? If only. The prequels were huge hits at the box office.

I read once that Terence Stamp (who played Chancellor Valorum in TPM) said he signed on for the role because it was a chance to work with Natalie Portman, and he considered her to be one of the more interesting up-and-coming young actresses around, and he was looking forward to working with her.

But he said that when he showed on the set for his first day of filming with her, he found a wooden stick with a post-it note on it that said 'Queen Amidala' in front of a green screen. Lucas told Stamp to say his lines to the stick, and Natalie Portman would be digitally added later.

Good god, I hate his movie.

The first time I watched it, I fell asleep, and during my second attempt, my sister had to shake me every five minutes to keep me awake.

This review should be interesting.

That doesn't make any sense really - people where hyped for the sequels. They were by and large, a terrible disappointment and shitty movies too boot. Therefore of course people will be excited to watch them get trashed.

Also, this is not a light critique : it is an all-out and over-the-top rant about why they sucked. Few men would be crazy enough to spend 70 minutes, explaining very clearly, why a paritcular movie is terrible. Yet this guy did it - and made it enteratining as well. That's certainly something that isn't easy to accomplish.

Id enjoy these if the guy would just talk like a normal human being.

Hell no, that's the best part!

He's acting like someone who's simple rather than a verbose movie reviewer. It makes his comments all the more incisive.

Bah. I thought the actual review was up. I'm trying so hard to get my friends to watch this but they just laugh at me when I say its 70 minutes.

At release this was considered much better than episode I... with time this has clearly shifted and continues to shift. The general consensus from the people I talk to, is that this is without question the worst and I absolutely agree. I agree though, thread was a tease.:lol

I love the prequel movies.

Just because I am hyped over a review that tears them apart doesn't make it a contradiction.

Because people were starting to go insane waiting for this at the old thread.

Also, the review is coming out very soon it appears.
