But then again, considering there's an entire episode in the Freeza arc of the original Z where Goku and Freeza literally stand there the entire episode, recapping what happened last episode in their heads, maybe not.

This has a lot more "filler" scenes then the other Kai did. (the other kai had a lot of pacing issues IMO, I think they rushed it a lot) I like the production of this Kai like 50000x better the OG Kai. No horrible recolors, no horrible music, skipping really weird parts.

Pretty sure? I might go back & find it to compare it to what we're getting now. I can't see why Viz would go back & redub it when it seemed the test dub did rather well.
