So I have to ask, do you think there will be a Gundam Unicorn marathon for Memorial Day Weekend?

Taking that weekend into account, we actually won't get a replacement for it until June 17th, unless Demarco decides to do another double premier like he's done for JoJo.

It's gonna be Jack, and if they do a special start time or run late they could show the entire run.

Bane? Get them on board, I'll call it in.

Seda, Shippuden has an end date.
December 2nd 2023.
So roughly 2024 if you consider marathons and weeks off

I'm starting to get hella spoiled via culture osmosis for jack.

Thinking going through 1-4 may not have been worth it, but from some of these spoilers they're serious callbacks that I wouldn't have gotten without seeing 1-4 in the first place.

Next episode of AOT should be a bit slower than the previous. Bit more talky.

Then it should pick up again.
If there was something the first season absolutely needed more of, it was slow episodes (being totally serious). I know it's a problem of following the manga, but I think the manga got better as it went on about pacing. So I think we'll be seeing a lot more downtime episodes.

Quite enjoying the fine selection of HxH gifs from our man who is a gif god.
It's one of only two shows airing I have easy access to good versions of.

I can get the rest but they are on streaming sites with worse video quality and streaming sites actually make it quite difficult to capture gifs of the right size.

I actually slept through most of HxH and Gundam Unicron. I was exhausted last night and this part of the HxH arc is actually a bit boring. I knew there were gifs to be made so since it started raining here I figured I'd make some.

I actually slept through most of Shippuden as well though I'm glad I was fully awake for the ending.

Zonic

Gives all the fucks

btw zonic you should've made 2 posts less
Damn, & to think I felt like I was posting less than usual last night.

ugh, I really hope not. The only show that seems like it could get a marathon at this point is Samurai Jack, which would be MILES better than an Unicorn marathon

Though I do wonder how much longer until we hear about what replaces Jack, assuming it even happens considering I doubt Toonami will get to keep the 11 p.m.

I wouldn't be surprised by a Tokyo Ghoul marathon (particularly since they already rerun previous episodes of Samurai Jack on Wednesdays).
