In theory it should allow Microsoft to make inroads in that market but the biggest problem is the Win 10 store so far has a far lower value proposition to Germans and is far less flexible than they are use to.

Even still, it amazes me that there seem to be no specific PC gaming pushes either.

The only close competition is in UK, and even there PS4 has a comfortable lead. Story is totally different in mainland Europe, where PS4 is brutally slaying Xbox. We had countries where PS4s lead was 9:1.
