Yeah, as the title said: did you ever decided to pull the plug from masturbating after doing this regulary? And what changed after that?

I am currently going trough a No Fap challenge of my own, and as im wrapping up Day 21 of my 1 month challenge, i started to become curious if other Gaffers did it too, and wanted to hear some opinions/stories.

As for me, i think no fap allowed me to speed up some stuff i always wanted to do. Rebuild and repair my relations to the people i used to know. It's funny how that avarage time of 30 Minutes that freed up every day by not fapping allowed me to re-tool some aspects of my life. Even though it sounds so insignificant

But as i said, i am more curious about what you lot think about this whole thing.

I went 3 weeks without jacking

All I felt was horny

I didn't get magical abilities, I didnt bridge relationships with relatives or any such bollocks

I gained an extra 5 minutes to my day, it literally did nothing

If i know that I'm going to hook up with someone new I like to not jack off the week heading into that weekend. The sex is always great and you shoot a fat load.

To give that more context:

I was planning on doing that anyway, but i always procastinated on that (i know, i was horrible for doing that)

It's not that not fapping made me magically repair my relationships, it just made me contact them one at the time because i had some time to spare that i didn't knew how to use otherwise.

I did something similar once as part of a challenge on a forum I used to go to. For some reason it was called The Breakfast Club. IIRC I came(lulz) in second place, mostly because some stuff started to happen that made me worry something was wrong so I ended it.

I do not recommend.
