Released on Wednesday ‘Uncharted: The Lost Legacy' ends Activision Blizzard's run at the top, pushing ‘Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy' (-10%) down to No3.

It becomes the 6th Playstation exclusive title to debut at No1 so far this year. Two long running sports franchises return this week with Codemasters' ‘F1 2017' new at No2 and EA's ‘Madden NFL 18' new at No4. Both titles perform respectably, almost matching the sales of last year's editions. ‘The Escapists 2' from Team 17/Sold Out is the only other new release to make the All Formats Chart. A new entry at No12, it is the first in the series to ever debut inside the Top 40 with a 379% increase in sales over the original's launch week. A price promotion propels ‘Overwatch: Game of the Year Edition' (+171%) back in to the Top 40 at No21, while ‘Minecraft: Story Mode – The Complete Adventure' (+157%) also returns to the Top 40 at No28, thanks to the launch of a Nintendo Switch version.

Surprised to a thread today considering its a bank holiday here. No surprises with Uncharted being top.

F1 doing better than I thought as well, would of thought it would be below crash.

From the Uncharted topic

To expand on that, Uncharted 2 first week was 84k.

Uncharted series second week comparison sales:

[Week 50, 2007] UNCHARTED: DRAKE'S FORTUNE (SONY COMPUTER ENT.)
[Week 43, 2009] UNCHARTED 2: AMONG THIEVES (SONY COMPUTER ENT.) - 40,000 / 124,000 (-53%)
[Week 45, 2011] UNCHARTED 3: DRAKE'S DECEPTION (SONY COMPUTER ENT.) - 32,000 / 147,000 (-72%)
[Week 09, 2012] UNCHARTED: GOLDEN ABYSS (SONY COMPUTER ENT.) - 8,000 / 35,000 (-71%)
[Week 42, 2015] UNCHARTED: THE NATHAN DRAKE COLLECTION (SONY COMPUTER ENT.) - 20,000 / 59,000 (-50%)
[Week 20, 2016] UNCHARTED 4: A THIEF'S END (SONY COMPUTER ENT.) - 42,000 / 234,000 (-78%)

F1 doing better than I thought as well, would of thought it would be below crash.

F1 used to be pretty big series in UK (selling over 100k first week big). Then it crashed and burned towards end of last gen and now at least last year sold decent bit better than year before that. Hopefully trend continued this year. Debuting under Crash would had meat huge bomb.

F1 2017 is down versus F1 2016 (unfortunately):
There's also a new game at No.2 in the form of F1 2017, which comes close to last year's sales number although not quite.

True but its kinda hard to get an accurate gauge since I dont think they track UK digital sales separately?

Yeah, KawabataSan's post is not very precise.

I'm not sure from where he would know digital sales, so I'm reading his post to mean that Lost Legacy was close to but a bit below UC2 first week, where the increase in digital sales ratio today implies that the launch is bigger when factoring in digital.

Code:
Week 35, 2017 New Releases:

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle (NS)
XCOM 2: War Of The Chosen (XO/PS4/PC)
Yakuza Kiwami (PS4)
ARK: Survival Evolved (XO/PS4/PC)
Everybody's Golf (PS4)
Culdcept Revolt (3DS)
Gravel (XO/PS4/PC)
Rabi-Rabi (PS4)

Let's see how Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will sell. I previously expected a softer than expected launch but good reviews and being one of the very few exclusive Nintendo Switch titles should help. I don't know if the title will be too hardcore for most of Mario & Luigi or Paper Mario audience since the game it is a tactical RPG.

8 months separates Yakuza Kiwami from Yakuza 0, not too much time, it may suffer a similar fatigue showed by Dragon Quest or Tales of due to multiple releases in short span of time.

Everybody's Golf is another Sony stealth release, barely any coverage and advertisement. I am a big fan of the franchise, I still play every day the daily international tournament of Everybody's Golf for PlayStation Vita, and I didn't even know the new entry was going to be released this week until a few days ago. The affordably price should help though.

Do we have Yakuza 0 launch range? Will help to identify where this version will fall?

More standalone expansions to ND games are very welcome so I'm glad to see Lost Legacy sell great.

How nice of you to order them in how they would rank if it was only those 3 games. :P

Low expectations for Golf and Yakuza. ;_;

Yakuza seems to be on the up though since the release of 0. And it's only ÂŁ30 at release.
It should do ok but probably not amazing.

Should be around 100k UK so I guess and hope 1 million first week worldwide ?

Anyway I think if they can sell 1.5/2m units overall it would be a very good hit for ND. Then bundle it with a UC4 ultimate in the end.

Oh and we ain't counting people who didn't pay for it aka season pass. I didn't.

:P Could it possibly be Mario/Rabbids > ULL > Yakuza > Golf next week?

Indeed. Golf seems like it would have more leeway on the digital side though. The price probably helps in that regard too.

Finally crash has been defeated, hoping for a big launch from m&r what place did arms launch at I expect a similar launch

A wild UC4 appears!

11 months later and Forza Horizon 3 is still not going away. I guess we have to wait for Forza Horizon 4 to do that. Haha.
The game probably gets another bump when X releases lol.

So what are the current week sales of Crash? Is it still above 10k? that is quite a good strong hold for Crash
