PR goes here.

Is this the first time we've absolutely no idea what's coming? I presume they'll save most of the good stuff for E3.

Wow forgot there was gonna be content this week. I've been busy actually playing GAMES on my PS3. :lol

So nothing this week, but everything next week?

Can I get some help on the Japanese downloads I have in bold for spelling and such?

So while we wait for the PR, answer me this:

1) What do you WANT to see next week?

2) What do you think we'll get?

3) Will we get the update Wednesday after the press conference, Thursday at normal time, everyday, or something else?

We will probably only get trailers this week but I would love to see some good PS1 games come out. Last weeks content was good enough for two weeks.

Pretty much, everything that has been announced in some form or another came out last week with the exception of the MotorStorm DLC, and the coming demos. We should know a lot more after E3 as far as what is coming for the rest of the summer.

By buying Sigma (haven't received my order yet) and The Darkness (it's awesome and came out of nowhere), my "full" PS3 game collection has doubled in size.

I imagine July 4th will have had some hand in that.

The 5th and 6th are practically non-working days (5 day weekend!) pretty much everywhere. So I'm not expecting much. Next week is hopefully packed with new stuff, especially with the shiny new E3 banner on the actual PS Store just taunting you.

is coming really soon also.

1) What do you WANT to see next week?

Heaven sword, Lair and the darkness demos, MGS4 HD trailer, FF13 demo, yea ain't gonna happen..... all the trailers shown at E3

2) What do you think we'll get?

movie trailers of movies we do not care about, probably one to two demos

3) Will we get the update Wednesday after the press conference, Thursday at normal time, everyday, or something else?

Hopefully we get a ton of demos this week and next.

Nucleus sadly sucks. I say "sadly" cos the concept is very cool.

Hope we get the Advanced Research add-on pack for Blast Factor

Also busy playing, by buying SSHD(so great) and CAC(okay at best, nearly no one seems to still be playing it) my PSN collection tripled. I expect to see only trailer this week, next week probably demo for Lair and Darkness, HS end of the month

I wish GAF people still played CaC (saw a room called "GA" when I went on a few days ago, so maybe?). I love the graphics and gameplay mechanics, but the game really suffers in the AI (perfect magnet, etc.) and content (four maps, only different skins for cars) departments, and both of these are aggravated by the fact that the online community appears dead. It would actually be a good thing to give away free or give a free DL of whenever they do the price cut or whatever their next move is.

Also, I'd just like to add that this would be a great week for some Super Rub a Dub content. New tubs and duckies please! Mr. Bubble add-on?

Seriously, between Sigma, Stardust and Resistance I forgot about this weeks update.

If they deliver the TGS HS demo, I'll be pissed. I played that shit already, you ****ers!

Over here it's just another rainy day. Get to work!
where do you live? i heard that in the UK there actually lots of July 4th parties, except over there its called "Good Riddance Day'.

The Japanese store got a load of Boku no Natsuyasumi 3 DLC today (it looks like t-shirts for your character to wear in-game) plus there were more items for Mainichi Isshou as well.

isnt that just the arena? Yeah bugger that rubbish.

Gives us more than the ten minute gamers day sequence as well

CAC's not bad, I play it online occasionally, but there are a lot of folks out there without headsets, and without any kind of leaderboard, there's not any real competitive thing going on over time.

But, yeah, between The Darkness, Harry Potter (for my wife, honest), and Sigma, there's more food in my PS3 belly than there ever was over the last several lean, hungry months.

CaC is just another example of online cannibalization. You know, when people jump from one big online title to the next, leaving the former in the dust. It doesn't help CaC wasn't really a "big" one in the first place. Sad, really.

Happens to games on all systems. Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done to counter act it.

That's kind of the other half of my post, though; I wish they would have spent a little more time on the single-player (better AI, more content). This is why I'm always wary of games with such an online focus. Even as it is, the game was well worth the price, but with the mechanics, artstyle, etc., it could have easily been great.

If it had come out in March like it was supposed to or even early April, it would have gotten a lot more play time from me.

Either way, CAC for $10 and Super Stardust are both outstanding values for what you do get out of them in gameplay or otherwise so even though I only spent a few hours with CAC, I feel like I got my money's worth. Not even considering that I can go back and play and unlock some stuff any time I want. There seems to be enough people online to get a game going so it's not dead either if you want to play online for a few minutes.

Holy shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit, it's been forever i'm waiting for this game! yesssss
It's the number 2 most anticipated title on the PS3 behind "TBA Unnamed Adventure Game IP 2" from ActiUbivisionsoft Arts' Mongolia studio.

That's me pretty much. I thought there was a Lair demo coming soon. What happened with that?
I've heard July for the Lair demo but nothing firm enough to include in the OP.

I was just looking at the sotre and i noticed SuperStarDust is gone. Anyone else notice that? i checked all over the store, straight gone

You must've bought it. Anything you buy is removed from the store and put in your download list. Wish they would get rid of that its somewhat annoying.

PS I'm looking forward to at least 4 trailers today, make it happen Sony.

Come on Bob. You should know that stuff disappears from the store after you download it. Unless you didn't download it, then you got problems (mostly because you didn't buy this awesome game for a measly $8).
