Well, we know it's going to be one of these two things.

Average or amazing.

I'm going with average but I will play the demo.

Yeah, a little bit less brightness would help.

Anyway, wtf is up on the Hong Kong store ?
1080p videos, but I have no idea what they're about...and I'm not downloading 800MB to find out.

Baby BOBO explore in ghost house
Teacher K and Baby BOBO go to ghost house in EMax Centre.
Baby BOBO take a challenge to play with ghost.
Within assigned time, you need to say hello with ghost & take photo with them.
-- part 1 (838MB)
-- part 2 (832MB)

Baby BOBO as a farmer and has bowling tournament
Babyb BOBO has 2 missions today! One is going to farmland as farmer to till land and grow vegetables. Second is bowling tournament. The winner can draw a print on the loser's face.
-- part 1 (1235MB)
-- part 2 (1010MB)

Who's Baby BOBO ?

I can't believe you put "haze demo?" in the USA section when the rumour came from the official Spanish website. I order you to remove it from the US list and move it to the UK one!!!

BTW, someone told me there won't be an Assasins Creed demo due to file size. Is it true?

Also a Lair demo would be cool. There where Lair demos in some events, so why they don't post someone in the PSN?

I want to test the game, I think it could be great if they fix the controls, like Motorstorm did (maybe adding option to disable tilt controls and adding severall tilt sensibility levels). As I readed, basically this is the main issue of the game so if they fix it it could be awesome.

It didn't stop Heavenly Sword or other chunky demos. More likely Ubisoft were scared of producing a demo for the same reasons they stuck an embargo on reviews.

A bunch of Hongkong girls (teenagers who are at best being average, IMO for sure) on a short show, I downloaded one, watched a few minutes and canceled all my queued downloads on the series and the downloaded one.

Yup I don't know why they don't. Do they want to be stubborn and proud, or do they want money?

The biggest demo I saw was Ratchet: 1,7 GB compressed.
You mean the big spoiler? A shitty spanish website spoiled it :( I almost readed it but I didn't because I readed the comments before. Spanish guys, take care!

Lair: I rented it and beat it. Check the official thread for impressions.

It's not just the controls that make Lair bad. Lair is a badly thought out and poorly structured game. Just when you start getting into the action, the game stops and goes into a cutscene. Additional problems with the controls and the camera just make a below average game even worse. Visuals have some frame rate hitches but the sound is excellent. They don't even come close to redeeming a fundamentally broken game.

It's just not a good game, at all. What a waste. :(

Assassin's Creed demo isn't coming because they barely squeazed the retail version out the door in time. Even then, there's no point to getting a demo out the door after it's released. Every title that comes out do 50% or more of their sales in the first month.

Controls aren't altered for the PAL version out tomorrow, FWIW, it's exactly the same game.

And AC file size? The full game must come in around 8 or 9gb...whereas Uncharted is about 21gb...

BTW, I'm from Spain and I opened an US account last week(I buyed the last 60GB PS3 in Barcelona a couple of weeks ago).

There are tons of demos, games, wallpapers and trailers not released in the PSN EU store. Why they don't release them? I understand the cultural issues (here we prefer soccer against american football or hockey) and the movie trailers related ones (USA and EU don't have the same release dates).

Maybe it's because the translation issue, they should translate the demo to European languages, but we prefer to have non-translated demo than miss it. At least a lot of US demos are translated to Spanish (they have a lot of spanish-talking people in USA). But they don't have to translate the Loco Roco wallpapers!

Why Sony hate the Europeans users? This is Sony land! Thanks to the price drop and the FIFA and PES release this month the PS3 sales in Spain will be higher than the Japan ones! What happens Sony?

The same reason you made for films. It's all to do with release dates. Uncharted isn't released over here 'till December, so no demo yet! Also note that we got the PES demo first, as its out over here before USA.

Either way, it isn't hard to maintain a US/Japanese account on your PS3. It only gets annoying when we're STILL waiting for games that need to be purchased (Every Day Shooter, for example)

There's no way there's a Haze demo coming, and I'd bet your hat on it.

But I'll be in the paper office today, so how can I set up remote play just incase?

I planned to buy EDS soon. I love this game, as I loved Flow, Super Stardust HD (I had a Commodore Amiga) and the future Echocrome. There's any problem if try to you buy a US only game like that from EU with an EU console and a EU Visa?

I also like the Pixel Junk Racers (another US only content), and maybe I'll buy also this game.

I'll wait for the EU Puzzle Fighter HD since they'll implement the zero lag GGPO system in the EU version.

Dammit I had to wreak all sorts of havoc with the settings of this asus vw192s i got at work, just to see the smackdown dudes.

But it was worth it, go chubigans!

Want haze demo.

come on Haze please be good, please be good. I need me some 4 player coop awesomeness

Indeed...an original, *exclusive* FPS with a strong online multi component is what us PS3 owners need. I'm not counting on Haze to be a "revelation" in FPS, but at least a great-playing, fun shooter. C'mon, it's Free Radical we're talking about here.
