Deathspank is releasing in EU as well this week?

This game sneaked up on me. Besides some diaper humor it looks quite fun. I like the visuals.

Did they just remove the online last week or something?
I haven't been expecting online in the game.

We're just having some funsies. It's day one for me regardless of online co-op.

Pac-man CE?

You know the drill.

Never in a million years. "FUCK YOU GRACE CHEN" etc. etc. etc.

And me bitching about the PSX classic not being:

-Einhander
-Breath of Fire 3
-Breath of Fire 4

and the lack of PSP games for the Go/PSP-normal owners because Sony has dropped the ball on that.

Not that I'm at a loss for things to play, but here's hoping for Crash Team Racing and Magical Drop F. Has Vagrant Story been rated for the US yet?

little PSN voting comparison between PAL&NA, most mentioned items released last week (so no need for people to backtrack their purchases and all downloads had the same exposure to PSN users)

PAL PS-Stores:

PSN+ exclusive download with the most votes:
- Game is Just the Start dynamic theme-> 1552 votes (3.32)
(actually Shatter time trial has 2400 votes but it shares the rating with the full game)

Monkey Island 2 Special Edition:
- Demo -> 2025 votes (4.37)
- Unlock key -> 608 votes (4.85)

CoD:MW2:
- Resurgence mappack -> 22.062 votes (4.59)

note: 38.038 people went back to vote for the first mappack Stimulus
(all other/older CoD addons are around 2k votes though)

LittleBigPlanet:
- Marvel Level addon -> 271 votes (4.63)
- Marvel Costume pack 1 -> 323 votes (4.79)

(MGS and PotC have 1k votes each, also IMO you can buy the stuff ingame w/o voting)

NA PS-Stores:

PSN+ exclusive download with the most votes:
- Collision dynamic theme-> 2440 votes (4.18)

Monkey Island 2 Special Edition:
- Demo -> 947 votes (3.73)
- Unlock key/full game -> 289 votes (4.83)

CoD:MW2:
- Resurgence mappack -> 28.466 votes (4.64)

note: 45.751 people went back to vote for the first mappack Stimulus
(all other/older CoD addons are around 3-5k votes though)

LittleBigPlanet:
- Marvel Level addon -> 383 votes (4.77)
- Marvel Costume pack 1 -> 383 votes (4.77)
(same rating should be a coincidence)

(MGS and PotC level have 700 respectively 1500 votes, also IMO you can buy the stuff ingame w/o voting)

of course you can't know which kind of people tend to vote more often and if they only vote for their favourite/most memorable/last download etc. (only 2-4k people voted for the MW1 addon is an indication for that)
also: These numbers are nowhere usable for actual sale numbers, the most we can see are possible relative (big!) sales differences between games.

CoD stuff is not really surprising, but still the difference to other most voted PSN stuff is sickening to me, e.g. WipEout HD PAL has 6k votes, FFVII NA has 5k votes. Especially if you consider that 40k people of each region actually went back to vote for the first $15 mappack.

Question - does the LBP Marvel DLC not have any trophies associated with it? :(

Yes. It doesn't have trophies.

btw who decides on which basis if an addon gets trophies or not?

Other examples for no trophies despite quite a lot of content are the Heavy Rain DLC chapter (though that's probably because it was available at day one) and the Assassin's Creed addons.

there's not real levels with this add on, at least not like the Pirates and MGS add ons.

^^ I gave up on Chrono Cross a long time ago.

But Suikoden II on the other hand...is there any more hope left?
I still hope for Suikoden II because Suikoden I is already on the store. I also still hope for Xenogears and Vagrant Story since those are on other regions' stores. Who knows if we will ever get them, but at least there is some grounding in reality for my wishes.

I hate how we received a ton of good PS1 classics last year, but this year they have totally dried up. :/

The developers, generally.

The level pack is a cross between the PotC/MGS level pack + the egypt/history/monsters level packs that were full of prize-bubbles in one level for creation stuff only.

Probably why it doesn't get a trophy list.

Worthless Playstation Plus week. Had hoped for some more sales at the very least.

I didn't know Landit Bandit would be out today, either. No demo though. :(
