TGS Press Conference And Stage Show Schedule [Localized Time Zones]

Important Notes:

- Events are still being announced, and some lack times. Every time a new event is added, I will updated the thread title, so check back if you're interested.

- All times are in Tokyo time. Go here to convert the time to your time by selecting "From Time Zone: Asia/Tokyo": http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc

- For stage shows and events that happen sequentially, there will only be one thread. The person who makes the thread should be available both when the event starts (to post the thread) and when the event ends (to update the OP). These events will be indicated by having the sub events indented below them.

- For any multi day stage shows, the OP will only need to be available to put up the thread, and then only needs to update it once per day at a time that works best for them.

- Thanks to Kagari for helping to translate Sega's schedule.

Should you include Nintendos pre-show conference on the 13th?
I think someone already has that covered, so I wouldn't want to sign up someone else in their place.

Can I do the vita conf?
Sure, but you have to cover the other two attached parts since we only have one thread.

Well, no one will likely care about the phone games, so just the 30 minute keynote as well.

Still interested?

TGS is upon us already? Gamescom feels like it happened yesterday. Is Sony's Keynote their only public press event?

edit: NVM, answer in OP.

can't wait for the black screened videos lolol
We're not entirely sure, but Kagari wanted to cover it if it appeared, and it seemed likely.

Thanks!

It should be 7:30 P.M. on September 14th.

Preferably the thread would go up at about 7:00 P.M. so people have a bit of time to get ready.

Bah, Vita conference at 4 A.M.. Guess I'll read about it in the morning.

Depending on the day and time, I'm willing to take a crack at the Capcom presser
It doesn't seem there is one unfortunately.

They must be breaking tradition.

I'm going to unsticky this temporarily to see if I get more sign-ups.

Edit:

Sigh, no luck.

Well, worst case I'll just put them out and they don't get updated if I'm gone.

Cant wait to see what Kojima has in store. It's all I care about with this show.

-MGO with the HD collection
-WTF is going on with Rising
-Anything Metal Gear would be great.

So I guess MS just gave up. Oh well. I know now it is too late but if they really want to ever hit that market they have to constantly be a factor. They should always be tying to push new games and get more RPGS. Oh well. Guess I shouldn't expect anything out of Mist Walker either.

I am pretty sure Capcom is going to be unveiling DMC HD re-release at TGS. Especially with the PS2 series being rated by the ESRB for PS3/360.

Is there anything in particular needed for the threads like banner creation or something or do we just have to be able to update the OP?

I wouldn't mind doing the Metal Gear or ZOE threads.

All we need is someone present to put the thread up at the correct time and then update it with a few sentences when it's done.

Essentially the goal of the sign-up is to make sure the threads go up at the right time and we don't miss half the event.

You can even feel free to take both events if you like btw, there's definitely no limit.

I don't think you'll find anyone for Square Nirolak, especially with the topic they are supposedly going to focus on lol.
Oh I know.

I'll probably just make the ones that don't get filled myself.

Nirolak, apparently there's going to be a Super Robot Wars stage show on the 18th 15:30-16:15 at the Bamco stage addressing the 20th anniversary. Can you update?

http://www.suparobo.jp/topics/2011/09tgs.html
Yep, I'll put that as a separate event since I don't want to add it to the person already there randomly.

Would you like the event btw?

If he doesn't take it, I guess I can.

Edit: actually nevermind, I'm too confused what exactly is going on. I'll probably screw up.

I can do SEGA if no one else wants to. I can't understand Japanese at all, so someone else would probably be better suited to make the thread...

- For any multi day stage shows, the OP will only need to be available to put up the thread, and then only needs to update it once per day at a time that works best for them.

does that mean a new thread for each day? I think it would just make more sense to keep all of SEGA's stuff in one thread, but I don't mind making a new one each day if I'm taking SEGA.

The biggest difference this year is that they're all livestreamed.

If they don't reply by the time of their post tomorrow, it shall be yours.

One thread for the entire multiday event, but you're only required to update the OP of the thread once per day.

But yeah, you don't need to know Japanese. It's mostly if any huge news pops up on a stage show randomly, and that would be reported elsewhere in English.

So if, for example, Sega gets up on stage and says "Oh btw here's Bayonetta 2, and Yakuza PSP has Shenmue 3 on disc." those kinds of things should be in the updated OP.

No one expects you to report on a Q&A in Japanese though.
