I actually think it could hit late 2015, but if the scope of the game is really big then yeah it could be 2016. Open world games take time.

If it is 2016 then they probably scrapped a lot of what they did and are expanding scope for next gen only.

So TPP is either later this year or next year. Not calender 2016.
