Herbert O, 54, was accused by a teenaged girl of delivering more than just the package her family had ordered when he approached their house in August 2013.

But Herbert has contested the allegations, saying that he is insufficiently endowed to trouble public order. He even called on his wife to take the stand and testify to his lack of inches.

Ahem, showing unwilling people, especially underaged ones, your genitals can be considered a range of unlawful incidents in many countries, like harassment, public disturbance or assault with a (deadly) weapon, depending on how much heat you're packing and where and how it happens.

There's an article in the UK newspaper The Sun about a guy in Court who is accused of masturbating in his car next to a coach of school girls. Staff said it was quite big and they saw it.

His defence is that his penis is too small that it can't have been seen and that he had an itch. His defence then went on to reveal its 3.5 inch erect length. He was convicted of exposure and jailed for six months.
