One of the best English strikers of recent years, Darren Ashley Bent has signed on loan to English 2nd Division side Brighton and Hove Albion. He has previously enjoyed a glittering career at the likes of Charlton, Tottenham and Sunderland before falling out of favour at his current club Aston Villa.

Let's all hope he rediscovers his fond. England need a world class striker again.
