I love seeing all of these four player co-op games, but I get sad once I realize just how much it will cost to buy the extra controller and what not. I kind of wish they would make and sell cheap fourpack of "basic wireless controllers" for these kinds of games.

I was thinking that as well. Already had a blowout for Drive Club and seem to be throwing out everything on indies as well. They must be pretty confident they can impress at E3 without this stuff, which is great.
