Kyou kara Ore wa!! END

The greatest deliquent manga I have ever read. The rise of lord Mitsuhashi and his buddy Itou as the baddest and toughest deliquents of the region was a riot to read.

Great humor and great characters. So many great moments and laughs, so much bromance. Mitsuhashi is the greatest deliquent ever, he is such an asshole lol.

I am so sad its finished ;_____________; A must read.

Now get onto ocha nigosu!

Glad you finished it though. It's so good.

The coworkers in love situation starting off with the waking up in the hotel room together after drinking and such wasnt truly original, but it has nice character designs and art. Actually its my favorite drawing style and character style for manga feeling similar to a few others, especially Sunohara design, and his faces. Yoashiki should develop some if the writing stays focused while they continue to grow closer. Fun manga.

Now that I finished Kurosawa, should I start on Assassination Classroom or Kingdom
I've only read Assassination Classroom, but try Kingdom first. AssClass is entertaining, but... I don't want to say mediocre, but it's okay? I guess? Like, I enjoy it passively. It definitely has some good arcs and is one of the best new series serialized in Shonen Jump. I'd say only Soma beats it

Kingdom def seems more blood pumping/emotionally investing anyway

The initial premise is interesting, it just doesn't go anywhere with it. The story is just an average troubled students daily lessons, but with lazy art and no strong attachments to the characters.

I-it's not like I like them or anything. Baka.

Kingdom 01

Way to early to tell if I like this or not, but I do like the setting. I love Chinese history.

Impossible to not liking it then, considering not only it is about Chinese history (and it's pretty accurate despite some liberties here and there), but it is also a manga where the word "concentrated awesome" is truly a justified term to describe it.

The story follows the high school delinquent Masaya Funabashi, better known as "Devil Ma-kun" who is trying to reform his image by joining the tea ceremony club.

Just really solid throughout. You would think there could only be so many times they could play out the "don't judge a book by its cover" thing, but it never really gets tiring. Always funny and even occasionally heartwarming, especially Funabashi and Yamada's hero moments. This is the first I've read of Nishimori Hiroyuki, and I really like his style. I can't exactly put my finger on it, but the manga felt very relaxing, almost subdued, even though there's no lack of wacky humor. I'll definitely check out his other works after this (Kyou kara Ore wa, Tenshi na Konamaiki).

Attack on Titan

Who were those who were with Levi when The Ripper attacked? Not like it matters that much, seeing how they were only cannon fodder :lol. At least the plot is progressing well.

Next chapter should be interesting. Mofo Kenny looks like a dangerous enemy

Kingdom Vol. 1

Still not sold on this, but I'm not going to drop it. I'll read more of it later.
I can already tell I will have a hard time remembering the names in this.

KINGDOM starts becoming totally epic in terms of scale--think Charge of the Rohirrim ROTK epic--on volume 4, IIRC. That's when the really big wars started.

One day I realized that sadness is just another word for not enough coffee.
Kurita your avatar is getting progressively less quotable.

I'm not sure if it's just Viz's translation, but I'm finding some of the dialogue in the skypiea arc to be a bit "off" and difficult to follow.

One Piece Chapter 255 page 1

Oh my god @ Luffy and Zorro fighting over directions.

Luffy: Hey, where are you going, Zorro? That's the opposite direction! West is this way! Sheees, you have no sense of direction at all. *walks East*

Zorro: Hey Luffy, don't you ever listen to what people say? It's the "Skull's Right Eye," and right is this way! This way! *points to his right, which is West*

Robin: "Can you tell them both that we're supposed to be heading south, and it's this way?" *points south*

Chopper: Okay

Oh come onnnnnnnnn.

Also, Antiwhippy, that 7 Seeds offer... they're still valid? >__>
Well I like gag/slice of life manga more than action manga. One Piece, Toriko, Shingeki no Kyojin, Hunter x Hunter, Jojo and One Punch Man are all I need, and that's already a lot.
Not that Kingdom is bad, I read a few chapters and enjoyed them but I don't really care about it.
Maybe one day I'll get back to it.
