That Nintendo list is at least more feasible than Sony and Microsoft's, but its just another another fake rumor list nonetheless.
I doubt X will be called Xenoworld. It just sounds too generic.
It's believable that Zelda Wii U it could possibly use the same parts of the environments in a different way like what was done in Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword to have Link collect objects/ battle monsters things. The game could be open world in a similar way that Wind Waker was, but with a bit more freedom in choosing a few more dungeons to conquer. Hopefully, the field environments are too big like in Twilight Princess, but also not as segmented and confined as Skyward Sword's were.
Smash Bros could be using the NFC figurines. God knows Sakurai likes to pack in a lot of content, and since the NFC figurines will only be compatible for Wii U this year, then it makes sense for the team to get the 3DS version out first, so they have enough time to polish the restof the game and impement the NFC functionality. Then next year, Nintendo can implement NFC and cross-compatibly for this on 3DS at a later time (I suppose it would require some kind of peripheral). As for DLC, Sakurai did say he would consider it, but I don't think he'll end up supporting it especially if he has to do the NFC support for both platforms.
I don't believe Retro Studios will show its new project because its only been in development for a few months according to the developer.
Hard to say what Next Level Games is up to, but the previous project they had been working on before being assigned to Luigi's Mansion 2 probably makes more sense for it o be a 3DS title as well, but is it Metroid? I don't believe it is.
Starfox... please be true (probably too good to be true). I'd hate to see Nintendo ditch Platinum with no other projects after Bayonetta 2. Miyamoto's said he'd like to see IPs like Starfox kept internally developed for the future, but then again, Miyamoto says a lot of things, doesn't he ?
