Guys, how can I stream with Nvidia's ShadowPlay?

I turned it on in GeForce Experience and set the mode to Twitch (and I'm logged in to my account) but nothing happens on my channel.

What am I doing wrong?

Did you hit the hotkey for starting streaming? You can't just turn it on and have it stream, you've gotta hit that key combo too. (I can't remember what the default is.) There should be a list of what the hotkeys are in the center of the small Shadowplay window. You should be getting the little green wifi-ish symbol the the corner of your screen.

Yep, this is what I'm doing, it's pretty fast too! I don't know what values I should be using for better quality though, it's a bit blurry even though the filesize is just right for my internet speed.
Every time I see something about SART I wanna play it, but it's too late for me to do it tonight.

The one thing I wish ShadowPlay had was the option to enable/disable it automatically for certain games. I wish I could use it for everything, but in certain games the performance hit is too big so I turn it off. If I could just tell it to disable when I run certain things, that would be nice. Less of a hassle anyway.

Oh man, this has been on my to buy list for a really long time, I really should finally buy it.

I think sega games are on sale pretty often, sonic racing transformed and binary domain are worth a few dollars, really good looking and decent games! There was a sonic collection on humble for $7.50 just 2 weeks ago I think.

yeah that would be cool, I had it disabled for a while for the extra performance

Steam cards will be $18 (for a $20 card) at Target for the week of 6/8-6/14.
$50 PS+ cards will be $40 and $10 Nintendo cards will be...$10 (lol).

I just bought $100 worth of Steam gift cards from Target a few weeks ago.

I won a $100 Target gift card from my job and pretty much went right to Target and bought $100 worth of Steam gift cards.

I got some Steam
and PSN
cards from target with their triple trade in thing a week back. Ready for the summer sale!

Just finished Metal Gear Rising, It was pretty great. Took me a while to figure out the parry and do it correctly. Glad I didn't give up on it though, at first it felt like the only reason I never died was because of the hefty amount of health packs scattered around everywhere. But once it clicked I started loving it, too bad the game didn't last very long though. But I guess it encourage multiple playthroughs.

If you go in expecting a crazy game of badasses, wacky cutscenes and dialogue and great action/3rd person shooter mechanics you'll enjoy it. Just don't expect survival horror.

Ever since my game categories disappeared the other day, games keep popping out of their categories.

i.e. I added Mortal Kombat Complete to my essentials category yesterday as well as launched it from there then and earlier today, and then I flip open the library window a few minutes ago and it's sitting in the unsorted games category again.

EDIT: contrary to what the image may imply,
it should be the standard edition of the game,
and not the Director's Cut,
unless there is an automatic upgrade I am not aware of.

Also it is Steamgift, and not a key.

I'm late and drunk and nobody cares... but this is my battle station.... (some month ago)

(bad multiple image mobile photo, my poor lupin is disfigured...)

YOU are my man!
Much more than that Jshackles spoof desk!

Cables all over the place, a wallet, food leftovers, cups, tissues, piles of paper, remotes, a vertical monitor (coding done right or danmaku done right?) a cd spindle (dream of the 90s), what seems to be a motherfucking T-AMP, rocking lo-price/hi-fidelity (mine has more knobs so I rock more than you tho) and Good Guy Accent in your browser.

Also, there was someone who said he cleaned his desk from unused condoms.
I keep all mine on my office desk, just to unsettle customers.
And then I wonder why my company failed so hard. :D

Did everything turn out good so far with the second SSF4A keys?

If the question was already answered, sorry I missed it.

My girlfriends copy she activated from the key it generated for me still works so I think it's good. She might raffle the one she got from that here later. o:

so these are just normal screens just turned...sideways? I did not know you could do that >_> im a nublet im sorry :(

that must be awesome for forum viewing, now i wanna get a second screen just for that :(

(late reply... good morning GAF)

yeah, they are normal monitors turned sideways :)

I use something like this for the left one

And as you said, it's great for websites, word/excel and of course vertical gaming

I really think the combination of one horizontal and one vertical monitor is the way to go, much more flexible than two horizontal ones

RE6 shooting feels kinda loose compared to the previous games..

also, Jake's campaign is the worst.. right? cause geez it's like 2 minutes of actual shooting gameplay then run section then QTE fest then cutscene

just let me walk around with a gun like a resident evil game

Air Control may be the worst game on Steam — we played it and asked the developer to explain

remember that little gem that released a few weeks ago?

There are a lot of bad games on Steam, but last night while browsing the new releases, I encountered a game that is beyond bad. It's not that Air Control is buggy or poorly designed: Air Control is basically just one giant bug, and I'm not sure you could call it "designed." Do not buy Air Control for $6. Do not buy Air Control for £4.79. Do not even buy Air Control for a laugh. But while you're here, let's have a look at Air Control, and see what the developer has to say.

.......

At this point, I decide to take a break to look up the developer's website. It makes a lot of claims about the things you can do in Air Control, none of which seem possible in a game that can barely display a menu. I email the contact address and ask how they can justify selling Air Control, including my video of Killjoy mode. Then I email Valve to ask for its comment. And then I load up "Realistic mode."

If you make it past the loading screens, you'll find audio taken from Delta's air safety video. I have minor doubts that it's being used with Delta's permission, but I had to ask, and this morning I was pleased to see that someone named Ramil Nassyrov from Air Control developer Killyjoy Games responded to my email. According to Nassyrov, the blog contains outdated information, while the Steam page is correct. And despite the smiley emoticons, he's unimpressed by my Killjoy mode gameplay video.

"Also, I found your video about gameplay uncorrect," writes Nassyrov. "Now it is a bit hardcore and you need to practice a lot in the game to finish flight in Killjoy mode. We are going to make it more user-friendly in time with updates. =)"

I respond with some follow-up questions about how Nassyrov made Air Control and got it through Greenlight. It also feels important to know if I'm talking to a teenager, so—admitting that it might be rude to ask personal questions—I ask if he minds sharing his age.

"Firstly, it is rude to ask such questions," replies Nassyrov. "I have a feeling that you are going to write a bad review on my game." He tells me that he's 20. "OMG it was too rude. I am so shocked. I hope you will sorry at least."

I apologize, but explain that I don't think Air Control should be sold. I also bring up the audio taken from Delta's air safety video. Nassyrov ignores, or doesn't understand, the content of my email. "Thank you for understanding!" he writes, smiley emoticon omitted. "By the way, I am going to release regular updates."

I'm not sure what to think of Nassyrov. He's eager and confident, and seemingly immune to criticism. I want to encourage him to keep making games, but I don't think it's wise to sell a game in Air Control's state. To Nassyrov, though, perhaps Air Control truly is "almost perfect, starting from the design and ending with a gameplay," as it's described on Killjoy's blog.

How do you look up, how many posts you have made in a thread anyway?
How do you get that "wall of shame" lists?

I found it on the mobile design of the site, but where are those tools on the "normal" webiste?
