TLoU was announced like a month after Uncharted 3 came out.
Naughty dog has two major teams.
It makes sense, that supported the PS3 till its final years and had some personal shake-ups lately. The are iin the favorable position that every third party game will perform the best on their system, so seeing the results of games like Watch Dogs on PS4 im not too surprised . Indies, Destiny, Diablo 3, Fifa, CoD, Assassin's Creed etc. will carry the PS4 even with less first party AAA this year.
2015 is seems to be the year when shit gets real though.

Technically, it wasn't 'shown' either, as it was nothing more than an in-engine trailer.
The game's first proper showing was at E3.

Eurogamer reported that as an accessory rumor, but yeah, Eurogamer is very reliable so I would always suggest deferring to them unless there's strong evidence otherwise.

or all the big PS4 studios are out and sony is going for a Vita focused E3 (again one can hope!)

Well that leaves Bend, London, maybe San Diego and Japan Studios (am i forgetting anyone else). The Last Guardian, Uncharted 4 and Project Beast confirmed(I wish)
Santa Monica, Foster City, Polyphony, Sucker Punch. Don't forget they got some 2nd party studios too like Quantic Dream, RAD, Sanzaru, Giant Sparrow, Tarsier, Double Eleven, Housemarque, etc.

If they're replying from their inbox page, they wouldn't have even seen that comment. They could be straight up obfuscating too, which Shu has done. My hopes aren't high, though.

Sony is going to spend 3/4 of his conference with numbers, Destiny and indies... Then 1 minute for proyect Beast, 10 minutes for DriveClub, 1 minute for Uncharted and FIN

I am not asking for a full blown demo. That is suitable 3-6 months before a game release. An in game trailer for hype sake would be fantastic.

No GG, no MM. My hype for Sony E3 fell off a cliff. And if the leaked Beast Souls was supposed to be the big surprise, there isn't much to look forward to. E3 is all about surprises. So they'll show Destiny, DC and The Order again, UC4 reveal, and probably a few teasers. All in all, the prospects point to a disappointing E3.

I don't want an entire conference filled with third party games. Wish they would just make a rule that forbids Ubisoft and EA, from showing their multiplat games at Sony or Microsoft conference.

Pretty much all of GS announcements were XDEV announcements or SSM collaboration. Which is awesome. But, they still have dat first party war chest that they haven't shown us yet. The big names like MM, SSM and GG and more.

I think there will be a lot of 3rd party devs on stage showing off games with Sony execs claiming multiple times that the PS4 version of the game will be the "ultimate" or "best" version of the game.
You forgot Uncharted and Last of us PS4
