I'd have preferred a Vita version, but I can't hate on SE for putting it on PS4/One. It's clear they had no real intention of backing the Vita (unlike their support for PSP) outside of FFX HD, which they promised since it's infancy.

I can only hope they polish it up enough to warrant PS4/One, as oppose to pS3/360.

The only (admittedly unlikely) explanation I can think of that makes sense is that SE changed their minds on Type-0 Vita in the last week, because the fan translation came out and now they don't expect to sell enough to cover the costs. Why else would an SE marketing person and Sony marketing person start talking about a Vita version, and then suddenly be shut up?

Because it's PS4+XBone, it just wouldn't seem right to showcase such a title on either Company's stream.

. . . That was like 75% of both Sony and Microsoft's streams (assuming you mean press conferences) though. Did you watch them, or know what platforms most of those games would be on? You might want to find lists of games shown in those press conferences and find out what platforms they're hitting, Witcher 3 is also going to be on PS4/PC and FarCry 4 will also be on 360/XB1/PC.
