Why was everyone so horrified that he popped out of the angel? I know it was supposed to be out of power, and that it wasn't really expected, but I feel like I'm missing something.

This was a nice, calming episode. Though I assume that it's meant to prepare me for the next one, which people have said is like, the best thing in this entire show.
Time to see if it lives up to the hype.

Surprised Sailor Star Fighter's transformation involved an actual gender swap. Assumed cross-dressing for a while given I never really saw the designs close enough to discern any great difference. This ep made it abundantly clear that wasn't the case even before the actual transformation.
Also liked how this ep reminded me of SuperS in that the episode really didn't focus on the regular cast but one of the new members. I mean, Sailor Moon still does her thing but they felt like they were there mostly to facilitate Seiya's story much like they did Chibiusa's in SuperS.

Ending: I like it more than the OP and pretty much every other ED I watched from this season so far.
Swag king Yu may be on NG+, but not even he can deal with double/triple booking curse on the same day.
And Marie is so cute.

I can understand that a lot of people like this episode for being just that, but I've seen this thing happen in other anime much better with other characters. Noriko had a better one. Simon had a better one.
That's not to say this episode was bad. No sir. I just wanted more of a "WOW" moment.
But there's still the other half of the show to go, so I might still get that.

Pretty awesome anime day with Resonance in Tokyo, Tokyo Ghoul, and P4GA. After the fairly awesome action-wise first episode of P4, I wasn't expecting to laugh throughout the entire second episode. Yu having a legit personality and being a "schedule freak/perfectionist" is just awesome. It's literally like he's playing his own life like a video game.
Resonance in Tokyo was just top notch. Not much else to say besides: THE anime of summer, so far. Hunter x Hunter excluded.

I said it earlier it is not the best ending, because you really need to see the ending for Barakamon. Trust me I'm a big fan of Persona but it's ending is not the best, maybe second or third best.
Pffft. The reason you think that Renton's awesome moment isn't up to Noriko and Simon's awesome moment snuffs is because this isn't even Renton's awesome moment yet.
Renton's GAR moment is in the final bunch.
That said, it's a better moment than Noriko or Simon's.
Yeah, the ED song kinda sucks for lead-ins this season. They should probably refrain from doing it.

It's alright.
The version airing this Summer is Season 1, in hour long format with edits and new scenes, so watch that.
It's shit tons better, lol. On every level. E7 26 is one of the all time greatest episodes of TV animation, period.
Psycho Pass may be the worst show of the season. That being said, this thign that is airing is a re-cut version of Season 1.
I really enjoyed it. I'd say just watch the one airing now since it's an edited version with some new scenes and such.
Edited as in condensed though? I haven't seen Psycho Pass either so I'm wondering.
