Titanfall still fun!!

I just got back into Titanfall after i stopped playing a month after release. They added a lot to the game i was actually surprised by it. You can read all added content here. I love the new Marked for Death mode :D.

I also noticed a lot of new players since the game on sale now. Pretty good for the community. I just hate that the DLC has its own playlists which fragments the community :(. Do the new maps appear on the regular playlists if all the players have the maps?

So yeah, Titanfall is gud.

Haven't been able to play too much lately but i go on vacation next week, and i plan to check out the new stuff. Also yeah TF is fun as hell.

The rampant incompetent players on my team make it unfun.

Wish there was some kind of Free For All mode.

Gotten 40 hours out of it, 1300/1400 achievements...

Worth the $60 I spent on it. Absolute steal at the sale price it has right now.

I need to get back on. Got a big backlog to work through though so not sure if I ever will. Especially since some big games are releasing shortly.

It is hands down the most fun shooter I have played since COD4. The only problem is the content. I spent 60$ on day one, and I think the season pass should have been free. I want to buy it but not spending $25 on it. Make it 10-15$ and I will consider it.

Seriously, I still play this game few hours every week. Its on sale right now for $25. I think that's a great price, if anyone is looking to get in.

I stopped playing about a month or so after release because I got bored with it. Boot it up now and again but there's no real content there to keep me playing.

You don't play it right. Its got a TON of content in the GAMEPLAY department its that you think you need your COD or BF unlock tremill is WHY you think its lacking. Still wall running to victory over here.

Yep, my favorite multiplayer shooter in years. I love the back to the basics, barebones gameplay. It's just fun to play. Titans are a blast to call in everytime.

It really is. Every time I go to play a few matches I get sucked in for hours. The movement speed makes it real hard to go play other shooters.

Unfortunately, I hate the re-up requirements and I wish there was a SP campaign. Maybe a co-op deal? Just something more I suppose.

Next TF needs SP or co op, more guns, and better balance in the weapons. That being said, I love the action. The traversal in the game is amazing.

I stopped playing once the PC population just dropped off a cliff and it took ten minutes to get into a variety mode match. I meant to install the game again when the DLC came out, but the freaking game is 50GB.

40 hours is kinda low..I've put like 300 hours in battlefield 4 lol.

Not so sure a sequel is going to happen.

Got a feeling they might release a single player campaign and sell it as DLC.

Yeah it's really fun. My friends don't play it anymore so I have trouble playing more than one or two rounds since I don't like playing with randoms. It might be time to quit, unfortunately.

Respawn has added enough free content to justify my purchase. The game almost didn't even come out, I'm glad the released it when they did, better to come out barebones with amazing core game play than never come out at all.

TF has exactly the right number of guns, everything has a distinct feel and purpose. No need to dilute it with minor stat changes that might as well be attachments.

Its my favorite multiplayer shooter. Switching to other games is a challenge because I love the wall running parkour gameplay.

One thing that Titanfall desperately needed was Titan visual customization. That is one great way to ensure that people continue playing. To get their Titan looking like a badass.

Yep, when I heard there was no single player, I thought "Ok, wow, the MP is going to packed!"

Then it wasn't........

Shit, some games have single player plus more content filled MP.

Finally got to level 50 this evening and regened. I get so bored of it so quickly, That's its main problem. I play it as a filler when I cant be bothered to start anything new.
It gets boring after 2 or 3 matches. There is no teamwork at all, not even the sense of it.
I like games that pretty much force you to work as a team to be victorious. The games too fast paced to be able to do that.

Will buy the sequel if there is a decent sp campaign as this has tons of potential.

Player base isn't the same any more, in all my games tonight on the original maps never once was there a full team.

Don't notice any performance enhancements either. Still goes slideshow when entering certain buildings.That and the tearing is fucking abysmal now.

Great your adding a lot to this conversation. I am glad you got back into it, the years best game and I'm super happy its still getting updated and not left to die. Hopefully more can get into it.

Had so much fun with this game for like a week or two and then just totally lost interest in it. I think the low player count, huge maps and poor ai guys killed it for me. I wish there was a deathmatch mode without titans on smaller sections of the maps.
