I wonder why the MC in these harems mangas tends to go for the annoying tsundere when there are like a plethora of superior choices just in front of him.

At least the tsundere trying to hold back her insults was pretty funny.

Back in the day, I tried many recipes from Mister Ajikko and more often than not came out disappointed.

You gotta know what to adapt into it. more often than not it's not the whole recipe but just a few basic ideas from it.

I do that for a lot of cooking mangas though.

Personally I find the ingredients to be the biggest problem since more often than not they use crazy expensive high-quality materials.

I'd like to attempt Soma's don or karaage once though. Anyone tried them?

At this point, yes. She'll also be the reason why Yuu's life will be messy in the near future if we're going to trust Seo's pacing in manga.

:lol, when would something like this matter outside of manga? Even in this chapter, Yuu was like "Uhh, yeah, I wasn't expecting that to actually happen."

What the shit? Fuuka is top tier as far as this manga goes. Sara barely does anything and Tama is a war criminal.

I NEED to read Moribito series. Production I.G. did a superb job at adaptation. Why? Why was the first two volumes the only ones being translated and published in Eng. This is a much better incentive to pick up JPN language than any unlocalised games.

If there's any justice left in this world, Kemono no Souja's, Morbito's and Jūni Kokuki's anime should continue where they left off. And Fuyumi should give the Taiki arc a closure.

I was expecting some bizarre trip to Commonerland, but instead what I got was pointless padding revolving around the tsundere's awkwardness.

For a second there it looked like Hattori almost died, but thanks to Sacchan he still lives.

I'm leaving Friday morning and I'm hoping the volumes I ordered make it here before then. If they don't, I'll catch up on all the chapters I'm behind the week I get back. If this isn't allowed, then I'm out.

I think we can maybe make an exception because you went ahead and got the physical volumes.

Aa, I haven't read any of Seo Kouji's works except Cross Over, which I think has no harem element whatsoever. I don't remember anything about it except that it is about basketball and has honeyed lemons somewhere in there.

Anyway, still on the fence, haha. A harem could slay me really quickly.

From what I remember of what I've read of Suzuka, it's more of a triangle than a harem. Either way, in Seo manga, it's more about whatever random drama he wants to insert into the plot at the moment, rather than the standard romcom harem. In KNIM, a girl would show up to upset the apple cart for 10 chapters or so, then disappear except for random cameos. It's not like there were 5 girls constantly squabbling over the MC.

Its going to take forever if you set it at less than 30 chapters a week.

Alright, after confirming with Dramatis, we have a prize


Those that survive and make it all the way to the end will get to choose one recommendation to put in a new banner in the new OT, called the "We survived Suzuka by MangaGAF Hero Seo Kouji so here's some less dumb recommendations" banner. Name TBD.

So if you have something you really want people to read (like, say AquaWateria and his/her love for Tokyo Ghoul) then this is a good way to make that happen :p

Honestly I don't want to make it too big because some people can't make a huge time commitment to reading 30 chapters of one manga per week and I'd like to get as many people involved in the suffering.

I know this is a trap, but yo I'm fuckin in. More people reading Tokyo Ghoul makes me happy. So it's worth it even if I'm gonna suffer reading Seo's manga.

I'm perfectly fine with any amount, although I would prefer more to get through with it faster. 10 is definitely too low, though.

If you can't do 2-3 chapters a day it will take foreeeeeeeeever.

Well, I'm going to be gone for around 3 weeks, and I'm not going to be sitting around reading manga for most of it, although if I get the damn books on time I'll have plenty of flight time for reading. If we go with 30 chapters a week, I don't know if I'm getting through 120 chapters the week I get back, although I'm definitely going to catch up.

I think 50 in a week is perfectly reasonable. These are like 15 page chapters where most of it is pictures of animu girls. I don't want to be stuck with Seo for 10 weeks or something, MangaGAF Hero or not.
