No i knew how to update it of course. I meant to actually create the folder, figured it out.

I figured this would be the right thread to ask, I'm having a weird problem. Nintendo updated their privacy policy for the Nintendo Network and it's asking to agree to it, but I get an error code every time I try.
Because of this, I can't connect to Miiverse or the e-shop, I can't use Netflix and I can't play any games online, yet I can still use the browser and I was still able to update the system.

It's kinda starting to piss me off, so if anyone can help it'd be much appreciated!

Turn off your console and reset your router. Should work.

Some other people are having the same problems. Servers may be going through maintenance.

I don't like it, there is no reason for the resume to be it's own button when pressing the home button does the same.

I preferred the old menu set up as close software icon was in the middle.

I was having this problem but it seems to have resolved since I can now connect do the Wii transfer 9which it was preventing me to do so because of this error).

Why not eShop in orange? The official shopping is orange in colour.
