I really don't know what kind of value this has, so if you're interested I'd be happy to try to work out a deal - just PM me. I will only accept PayPal. As a collector myself, I will only be interested in offers of a reasonable sum of money - otherwise I will just keep it..but I believe there are folks who would like to have a GTA specific item more than I do.

FYI, using a VPN can get you banned from Steam.

Are you sure? There seems to be no region locks for keys on the registry for keys, so it should be fine and region free(despite any warning on the nuveem store page)
