I played with friends last weekend late at night but we didn't get the 2nd giggle. :( I didn't do the "did you rike it" trick ... it was getting really dumb all the things you had to do, so I just loaded up YouTube and showed everyone. Such a fun time though. I had the controls and didn't want to turn around for anything in fear of Lisa showing up. The one time where we saw her in the bathroom mirror behind us freaks me out to this day.

Something happened to my PT.

PT launches into the 3rd loop where Lisa kills you. I get the flashlight automatically after I respawn. My friends and I were joking that It's nice of Lisa to give us a flashlight.

So no fetus, no flashlight finding sequence.

Bit late, but yeah I bailed out since waking the house up with my squeels of terror would be a little unfair. I'm definitely going to play it, though. Just maybe a little earlier so ease the tension.

From the sounds of it, I'm gonna have a blast!

Konami just said on their twitch channel there are still secrets and hidden easter eggs in P.T. which people haven't found yet.

So I've got a question...is P.T great?

Is it PS4-buying great? I really want to experience it, but maybe it would be better to just watch a stream of it and save $400.

Never played a Silent Hill game, did play Amnesia and fucking loved it though.

I'm replaying it for the third time and I seem to always find something that did not happen in previous plays. This time it was at the place where you run fast. After I looked at the whole in the wall I went to the bathroom and the deep voice started saying something.

Got scared lol!

I'm in love with it, I think it's one of the best 'experiences' this year - but I don't think any ONE game right now is a system seller. If you take the plunge, be better to do it for multiple games. P.T is awesome but you'll do it all in a few hours unless you get stuck or get addicted to doing it over and over. Personally I bought the machine for Ground Zeroes, Killzone and Infamous. I know GZ is on PS3 but I wanted dat next-gen difference.

As much as I love it, I'd just watch the stream if you don't fancy anything else on PS4.

Play Silent Hill 2, buy a PS4, get a Vita, enjoy Life.

Thanks for the advice, I'll probably just hold off on buying a PS4 and try some of the old Silent Hill games first. What is the general consensus? SH2>>SH3>>>SH4?

Actually this seems like a cool experiment for showing how superstition works.

"I'm telling you, you HAVE to do this in order to achieve this"
And if (by chance!) it works out, people will believe it and hold on their believe no matter how good any other solution seems to be.
Maybe 7780s actually stands for Hills or whatever and Kojima just fucked with people. I mean he is god in a way. No?

But actually there are interesting experiments about that. Give someone a problem to solve, but make the solution completely random.
After a while the test person will figure out a "solution". He thinks he has found a pattern in something without pattern. And even if the instructor tells him it was all an experiment, some people will hold on to their "solution" (or believe, see where I'm going here....).

Maybe P.T. is just that. A psychological experiment.

I beat this at a friend's place the other night. Terrifying, but glad I knew what to do.

Didn't help he was fidgeting the whole time.

I'm a bit behind on this, but has it been proven that you can beat this without a mic? I managed to beat this without looking up any strategies/spoilers, but dumb lucked my way through it. During the final bit, I ended up throwing on a headset (the Vita buds) so I could follow where the sounds were coming from thinking that had something to do with the solution of the puzzle. I spent quite a lot of time on it and was having a conversation with my girlfriend so the mic must have picked up on it and that got me through. (I did mess it up a few times by looking around when the controller started shaking, though)

it is. scariest game i have ever played. keep forgetting its a demo.

We know how to trigger the first baby giggle. That's a fact.

We know that the second giggle is triggered faster and more reliably by speaking into the mike. But we don't know 100% if certain sounds, or certain words trigger it.

Basically, the step to trigger the second giggle is still a mystery for the most part.

Ways to make the second giggle trigger has been posted countless times. People can do it 100% of the time.

We just don't know what the programmers intended it to be. (Or possibly they did multiple ways to trigger it)

But pt wouldve been the perfect candidate for remote play.
My wife literally screamed in terror when I got killed,
She had my sony golds on,
And basically i acted as a director because I knew what to expect.
She couldnt even sleep that night,
Silent hills is going to be so good.
