I can sort of understand why they'd block a stream of such low quality, but I know that even if it was perfect 1080p it would still get blocked. So yeah it is pretty dumb.

I'm so curious about how much this first person mode will change the combat dynamics. My biggest issue with gta5 was how sluggish the combat felt, there was way too much reliance on taking cover... Shootouts with the cops were so repetitive and i would always die pretty easily compared to the gta games from the ps2 era.

The rest looks smart. It's just coming off the back of Driveclub and after watching the Far Cry 4 stream the steering just looked poor. Half the fun of cockpit view is watching your dude hacking away at the wheel while catching oversteer.

i think it's the difference between a game where it's literally the objective to go on a disturbing shooting rampage ala some mass murderer vs. an open world where you can do that, but it's not the objective and it's certainly not the point of the game.

Not saying Hatred shouldn't exist, just that I understand very much why it makes people uncomfortable.

I mean, context and all. It's still pretty damn brutal though.

yeah, different context... in GTA it exists for the same reason swimming, eating, sleeping, etc exist. it's part of a sum to create freedom, all with effects and consequences. hatred was about glorifying a very specific purpose and intent. even No Russian is different because it's part of a narrative with a creative intent. in GTA is part of creating a sense of freedom. everything has to be part of that freedom, from the good to the bad, or the sense of freedom fails. it's not a creative or narrative thing like those other examples.

There seems to be multiple ways to aim your gun. You can see this at around 1 minute into the FP experience trailer. not exactly sure how that works tho...

I really hope Australia doesn't get a version with less blood. They did that with GTAIV, but brought back the blood pools in the DLC chapters.

Yeah, it did look smooth. It was early morning though, so not much traffic on the road and he wasn't' really doing much. This is pre-patch as well isn't it?

No idea, but if they have custom soundtracks (which PS4 and PC versions will) I can have all Genesis songs on one station!

Has custom music been confirmed ? Is it implemented properly such as fading when conversations take place or does your music simply play over everything like in GTA IV ?
