Nuuvem doesn't care. I still have my Football Manager 2014 key that I bought about a year ago. Just don't be shocked if you get a refund rather than a replacement key should you at some point use a VPN to buy a game and the key is invalid.

Yes, of course it's a good thing. I feel bad when the servers get overloaded during the big sales, because a lot of the time that's when users need these features the most. Every big sale I try to account for more and more traffic and it seems like the servers always fall flat despite my planning. So each subsequent sale, I allocate more and more server resources to the API servers thinking it will be enough. I hope this is the time where finally it is.

The Autumn sale this year wasn't too bad - the servers only went down for 30-45 minutes each day when the dailies flipped over. So maybe I'm on to something.

Either way - thanks again to all of Enhanced Steam's Patreon supporters who without their generosity none of this would be possible.

You think it would help if you intentionally disabled it during the first hour after sales roll over and just have a message delivered that enhanced steam is down for the changeover and will be back up in an hour? Because I have to think the constant reloading and such of people trying to get it to work just makes it worse. Then maybe do the behind the scenes stuff with the prices changes during that time? Just a thought, I don't know if that's even related to what crashes it.

Nah, the price changes are all handled by IsThereAnyDeal.com and Enhanced Steam simply uses a private API to grab that information. The servers catching on fire are simply an issue of "too many people, not enough pipe". In fact on the hosting company I used last year they disabled all of my servers for several hours when the big sale started because they thought I was being DDoSed (they were trying to be helpful, but it was annoying).

You are right that people constantly refreshing their pages only compounds the problem, but there isn't much I can do besides try to keep the servers running in top shape.

Coupons earned from crafting don't; those obtained by other means (Alienware giveaways, loyalty rewards from devs, and so on) generally do.

Edit: Oh, I see you're referring to the Squeenix coupons. They're for Squeenix's own store, not Steam. But the games themselves are Steamworks.

The Christmas Surprise was a pretty good little bundle of games. Sadly I already owned all of the ones I find interesting. Activated the Thief key anyway since I only had it on PS4. Now I can trade in that copy and play the superior version. Yay!

I bought a key from them for GZ last night and got it immediately. I didn't use any VPN or anything...just used paypal. I know on their site it mentions something where if you use a credit card and not paypal it may take a few days to get the order completed...I dunno

You are looking at the "Your Games" section of the Nuuvem site, right, and have clicked on the Ground Zeroes image? Nuuvem doesn't send out keys via e-mail.
