I've been PC gaming since 2012 and I have around 140 games. It happens pretty fast.
Definitely Xbox 360. Some of the free GwG titles are missing for some reason on this so there should be about 10 more but I only have, maybe, 50 games on Steam. I use the PC as a Civplayer. I don't want to count how many games this is:
The next time I fire up the 360 I'll check how many are on the HDD but even that won't tell the whole story since I can't come close to fitting them all.

Still hoping there will be a 360 BC solution in the future. It's sad that a whole generation of Xbox Arcade games will remain unplayed.
Agreed. I have 100s of games sitting on an outdated console. I didn't learn my lesson, though, because I'm 100% digital for my Xbone, PS4 and 3DS.

I have more on the 360, and I have more on my Vita, more on my PS4, and more PS3 as well.
I have 10 games on Steam. Pretty easy when games with tiny sprites, top down shooters, and/or the phrase "procedurally generated" turn me the hell off.
I managed to last the holiday Steam sale buying only one game. (Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.) Didn't see anything else on offer that interested me at all.

No, I have 197 games on Steam, and 125 games on XBLA. Many of those Steam games are useless trash that I got in bundles with the few games that I wanted, but some of the XBLA downloads are likewise F2P games that I never really played.

Yes, but it isn't really fair since I don't like Steam. I only ever got 2 games through it, and they were both freebies I happened to already have on the 360 (Portal and Left 4 Dead).
Is it wishful thinking from Valve or Gabe and not actually in the terms, I remember the former.

My Steam library has +430 games, my next biggest library is PSN which has likely around 200-250 games with 4 years of PS+ included. The sales have gradually become better on PSN so I'm buying more there but it still won't come close to steam.

My library is very similar to yours OP. I worry what will happen once Microsoft eventually shuts this down.
I'm guessing that by 2020 my only recourse to play arcade Double Dragon will be to rebuy it or pirate it. If that is the case, I'll choose piracy and have no guilt. Edit: Consoles are mostly for exclusives for me. And since not a lot interest me, I'm going to assume that my digital purchases on consoles don't even reach 1% of my Steam library.
No. Not even close. It certainly didn't help that XBL Indie games didn't come to Australia though I heard the service went downhill after a while any way.
Also, there are some games on Steam I own that I will likely never play. They came bundled with other games that I did want though. Even excluding these it wouldn't be close. At some point I realised that i will be leaving my Live games behind while I will most likely be able to play my PC games for many years to come, some of my favourite games from Live I have double dipped for the PC. JSR, Dust and a few others.

That's good, something more concrete would nice in the future. Kind of makes you wish it was just open and you only needed Steam for the marketplace stuff.
It's a PC, due to the unlikely scenario that they don't have DRM cracks (which they probably already have set up just in case) the community themselves will find a way. Be it with cracks themselves or torrents.

I barely bought any 360 games and what I bought I ended up selling. I have 600+ steam games so even those plus my PS3 games doesn't come close.

I'm one of the exceptions. I have both, I just prefer to game on my consoles. So, I have hundreds of 360 games compared to ~20 on Steam.
I used to be all about PC gaming. Then the 360 came out and I just didn't want to deal with all the configuration BS anymore.
