Twitch will ban you if you're streaming a movie on it. It'd have to be another service for that. I remember i saw a site on reddit for this but i forget anything about it.

The game just looks sluggish because the walk speeds are slow. That is the type of thing that can be tweaked though.

I personally do not feel it is a significant enough of a departure from the game everyone has been playing for 7 years. This is, of course, based only on what little we've seen of the game so far.

Pre order dlc for a character is pretty dumb but when it's purely cosmetic or doesn't have an impact on the gameplay (or your experience for that matter), it's not a big deal.
