Wow. Guy in For Glory has "lag" as a tag. I beat him while only taking 35% and he used Ganondorf. His tag becomes "NOJOHNS" and he now picks Yoshi. I beat him with Yoshi while taking 150% damage. He then rapidly changes his tag between "F**K~YOU" and "SPAMMER". I thought he said no Johns? Quite funny since he used more eggs than I did. If anyone wants the replay, just ask.

It's doesn't really have any practical benefits in competitive play - it's a far cry from something like the Melee wavedash.
Nah, although in the new update it is easier to do.

I felt that you were throwing out a lot of moves hoping that they would land, but I was able to punish you a lot on those. Your Yoshi is very solid, though! If you want to watch, a very good Yoshi player is playing on stream against DKwill. Link

I probably hate the matchup more
A lot of the smashes I throw out are supposed to be tilts. I have a problem with doing that... and I messed up most of the reverse Bs in our games. At least they didn't come out as side-Bs. Another problem I have is I haven't played against many Sonics. The good Sonics I have faced have been you and FluxWaveZ, and that is mostly during ranbats.
Thanks for the link. I never see Yoshi on any of the streams I watch, even though he is supposed to be top tier. The guy seems to do a ton of neutral B, and is using many eggs. He is also really good at spacing his s-hop fair. Lots of jab-1 into something else, and manages to get utilt to hit. He also uses dtilt quite a bit.
I need to improve on everything I just listed xD

Charizard is too different from any of Greninja's other matchups. His grab and jab range are enormous and Greninja can't punish those, so I don't know what to do.

Yeah, my brother plays Greninja so I know the match up quite decently. Charizard pretty much does out range him.
Btw did you get disconnected or did you leave? Either way GGs. Were you using any customs, I didn't see any I think?

I don't have any for Greninja. I don't have any anti-Charizard characters either. I play Ness for fun so I'm not very confident with him and Falco is just Falco.

Tbh I don't really know which characters would classify as anti-Charizard? Your Greninja is good, I think you just need to play the match up some more to get used to it.
