E3 2015: Top 5 realistic announcements I want to see

Waiting between invades in Bloodborne pvp made me think about the upcoming E3 and what I really hope to get announced to make it a great E3 for me. I thought or dreamed about many things, but I wanted to be realistic so I won't get disappointed like usual. Anyway, these are my top 5 announcements I want to happen in E3 2015 (no particular order):

1. Monster Hunter 4 for the Wii U:

I loved MH3 Ultimate and spent over 200 hours playing it. I don't enjoy playing on handheld systems so I sold my 3DS after buying 10 games and only finishing one game which is The Legend of Zelda: A Link between Worlds. Also, I believe that Monster Hunter games are meant to be played on big screen especially if you play 3-4 hours sessions. I really hope Capcom announce it for Wii U.

2. Bloodborne DLC:

Huge fan of the Souls games and Bloodborne is my favorite game in 2015 and it has a very high chance in being my GOTY. But the game need new content and some tweaks could make the game more awesome. A good DLC that offer more weapons, new areas, new bosses and hopefully a pvp arena are what I want right now to expand the game and make the fans play it longer. Right now, the game doesn't have the longevity of the previous two souls games and a good DLC could fix this.

3. More JRPGs on consoles:

Maybe this can be expected at TGS, but I'm worried that this generation will be a drought in regards to JRPGs. Each generation we are seeing less and less JRPGs getting announced and high quality ones like Xenoblade X are few and far between.

Ni No Kuni 2, a Mistwalker RPG (Lost Odyssey 2 I hope), Dragon Quest 11 and some more will make JRPGs fans including me very happy.

4. Xbox One exclusive I really want to play:

Bayonetta 2 made me buy a Wii U and Bloodborne made me buy a PS4 too. I'm really excited for Scalebound, but I don't think it's coming in 2015 and right now I'm not really excited for the games on the system so far ( except for Forza Horizon 2 ). Lost Odyssey 2 or a great game from Rare (Conker or an old school Banjo) or a fantastic Gears showing at E3 could make me more excited to buy the system.

5. More action games:

A new Devil May Cry made in Japan, a great return for the Ninja Gaiden series and a new platinum action game (Bayonetta 3 or something new) will surely make E3 more epic.

So there are my top 5 realistic announcements I hope to see at E3. What are yours GAF?

Considering most of those rely on Capcom having an actual fucking plan, I'm going to go out on a limb and say "not likely".

1.) Starfox gets pushed to 2016
2.) We don't see anything about Phantom Dust and it is quietly killed
3.) God of War 5
4.) Splatoon Inklings in Sm4sh
5.) Titanfall 2 gets announced for fall 2016, all platforms

Extra Innings.) We don't hear anything about Scalebound, Last Guardian, Metroid, Horizon.
Extra Icing.) Everything was Halo, Call of Duty, and Assassin's Creed

Gamescom might be a more likely reveal due to GG location.

Nope GG's games have always been revealed at E3 except for Shadowfall which was at the PS4 unveiling.

My bet

1.New trailer for Tomb Raider followed by coming in 2016.
2.Uncharted collection full SP and MP for ps4 and access to the beta.
3.Unveiling of GG's Horizon.
4.No pricecuts.
5.God of War reboot teaser set in Norse/Egyptian mythology.

1- Persona 5 releases in 2015 in North America.

2- Star Fox releases in 2015, has traditional Star Fox gameplay as well as new types of missions based on Project Guard and Project Giant Robot. Has online multiplayer.

3- The Last Guardian re-reveal.

4- United Front Games is working on a next-gen Sleeping Dogs.

5- No Man's Sky will support VR.

- DMC5 is seeming more and more likely by the day so I'm gonna say that. Although it might be TGS.

- more MGS5 footage.

- Fallout 4 is pretty much confirmed at this point.

1. The Last Guardian re-reveal
2. Shenmue HD Collection
3. Gravity Rush 2
4. Ni no Kuni 2
5. Mirror's Edge 2 gameplay trailer with release date

What do you mean that's not realistic?!

Edit: 5:48 PM was a good time for Fallout 4.

1) Mass Effect 4 first trailer
2) New Age of Empires announced
3) Animal Crossing U
4) New Motorstorm in the works
5) Next God of war reveal (bonus points for: no Kratos)

this is all not too far fetched I guess and would make for a nice E3. My dreams are a little different, though.

1. Diddy Kong Racing 2 for Wii U. Come on Nintendo. It is time.

2. Ni-Oh for Wii U exclusively ala Bayo 2 and Devil's Third. As I said in the KT Report thread, I'm still pulling for this with Nintendo's great habit of picking up lost 3rd-party games and their relationship with KT.

3. A new Mario Sport game. Golf, Tennis (by Camelot), Baseball (by BN and NOWPRO), or Strikers (by NLG). I just want it. How are we this far into the Wii U's lifespan with none of these?!

4. Something Pokemon for Wii U retail. Again, how are we this far in without this? Rumble U was an eShop game, give me a decent retail spin-off please!

5. A new remaster for Wii U from Nintendo. Sunshine, Twilight Princess, I don't know, just something, and preferably more than one. If Wind Waker took 6 months, we should've had at least 2 more by now. :/

Don't we have another E3 2015 predictions thread?
.....ehhh I won't be a dick about it.

I agree with your top 5 OP. MH4U would be great, Nintendo certainly has some other surprises. I'm really excited to see what Rare has in store. I bet we see Ninja Gaiden 4. Star Fox is probably going to be neat.

It's gonna be a good e3.

What do you mean that's not realistic?!

Shenmue HD collection is not happening, so it's not realistic to expect it. Sorry to kill your dream.

Even the vapourware version of fallout 4 is a buggy mess.

I definitely want more JRPG's on consoles from that aren't named final fantasy or tales of.

well I guess

Fallout & Mass Effect

Last guardian would be nice

not sure i think the first few post already covered it

But are you ready for ones named "Hyper Neptunia" or "Atelier"?

1) Star Fox released December 2015
2) Until Dawn release date November 2015
3) Fallout 4 teaser 2017.
4) Mass Effect teaser 2017
5) Banjo 3

Shenmue HD collection is not happening, so it's not realistic to expect it. Sorry to kill your dream.

That's what folks said about Yakuza 5, yet here we are.

I believe that Corsi and his team can help SEGA eventually cut through the red tape and licensing issues that have prevented the Collection from coming to fruition and make it a reality. Shenmue 3 isn't a realistic thing to expect, but 1 & 2 remsastered isn't outside the realm of possibility.

And you've killed nothing. The Shenmue dream will always live on.

1. Diablo 1 and 2 Graphical Remaster
It's time for this. These games are classics and should be played until the end of time.

2. Neverhood 2
Never been a better time than with Armikrog coming out this year.

3. Sacrifice 2
Time to bring back a game everyone loved.

4. Supreme Commander 3
A true sequel to Supreme Commander and Forged Alliance. All of the size and scale of Supreme Commander Forged Alliance but with all of the pathing improvements of 2.

5. Bloody Roar
The next installment of the greatest fighting game franchise with the best heavy metal soundtrack.

Next Level Games' next project, due for release in the first half of 2016.

Their last games was Luigi's Mansion 2, which released in early 2013 and received both critical and commercial success (last year it was at 4m iirc). I imagine they'll either be working on a new IP or a fairly high profile Nintendo property; given how they've 'proved' themself, I doubt they'll go back to Mario sports games. Even though I never loved the games as much as others seemed too, maybe something like 1080 would be a good fit for them.

1. Scalebound gameplay
2. Fallout 4 trailer + gameplay
3. Mass Effect 4 trailer
4. Gears of War 4 teaser (beta in the Spring with Gears 1 remake?)
5. Devil May Cry 5 teaser

I have been waiting for it since the previous generation and it would have made more sense if it did happen during that time and honestly, I don't think it will happen.

1. Fallout 4 2016
