Demon's souls would only be perfect to play again in 1080p 60fps, it'd be perfect to sate all those Souls fans who jumped aboard for Bloodborne.

MOTORSTORM BETTER BE ON THAT LIST SONY

Wow..is this motorstorm apocalypse? Looks awesome!

What drought? They've released more PS4 exclusives than the other first party companies this year.

In terms of big titles they havent been doing a very good job this generation(Infamous and Bloodborne was good though), and this holiday is a little more absent than usual. Luckily next year looks better.

We know the PS4 remaster is happening since the Korean ratings boarded had a posting for it. I'm guessing it'll be announced at TGS alongside the sequel.

Speaking of GR, Toyama and Naoko Sato (GR's story/scenario/event designer) did a livestream yesterday for Siren

Never got around to playing Siren. Would buy on PS4.

I basically need a reason to never touch my old gen consoles again.

Give me Revengeance, Please!!

Give me Ultimax!!

I see a Dead Space remaster happening

Hopefully standards improve to a current-gen equivalent of the best from Okami HD/Wind Waker HD/ZoE 2 Hex.

Would much, MUCH rather a new Siren than a remake of BloodCurse, which is a short reimaging of the original, its like a GT prologue compared to a full fledged GT game.
Man id love a new Siren game. Just 100%'ed part 1 for PS2 last week (gotta be up there with hardest games ever made), about to start the second. Bloodcurse is like a demo in comparison to part 1. A new Siren would be sweet, a remake of BloodCurse isnt even needed, the game holds up visually on PS3 too.

Delaying Uncharted 4 etc. to early 2016 may have been a good call on that front. This holiday is looking pretty crowded and Sony really nailed it by getting extra support from EA, Activision and Ubisoft etc when it comes to early and exclusive content.

The holidays are always crowded, but this year is just insane.

Does it really matter when they've put more games out in the first 8 months when there was less crowded conditions?

I disagree. Third party games are always a given like Call of Duty, Battlefront, Fallout 4, etc But enticing the customers with buying your console over the competitors with exclusive games are important during the holiday. But its certainly not anymore crowded than past years. Luckily sony has been the most hyped console this generation and im sure that will continue into the holiday regardless.

However as for Uncharted being delayed, its probably better in terms the game wasnt ready and it will be a better game when it does release.

The funny thing about Uncharted's delay is that one of MS's big exclusives this holiday was made exclusive so it wouldnt have to directly compete with Uncharted this holiday... and then Sony delayed Uncharted lol. They probably felt like morons over at Crystal Dynamics when that happened

Twisted Metal PS3 at 1080P60 with zero framerate issues and a finally fixed MP would be my choice, but I'm biased. The game was awesome, but pushed out with issues after dev hell and left to die. They could finally fix and support it.

I would totally rebuy a PS4 just for that game. Sadly with how Sony supported and never fully fixed and in fact broke the PS3 game worse by taking down the skins server well I doubt we'll see that.

Still pisses me off to this day. Game released with the servers broken. Sony half way fixes them and that's it. Then they take down the skins server so if you ever lost your saved data which had your skins saved locally you can't play online anymore because the game gets stuck trying to redownload your custom skin and can't because that server died when they took down the website. Hence then the only way to play the game online again is to create a new profile on PSN.

It's sad too cause the game was so fun. They nailed the gameplay minus the helicopter. Sorry David if you read this but it sucked and had no place in a Twisted Metal game. Still got mucho love for ya though man.

Xbox One BC has tampered my enthusiasm for remasters at this point. The only games I'd want remastered are Mass Effect trilogy and Red Dead Redemption, and even the latter I'm just going to play on xbox one if it gets the BC touch.

I didn't play a single game on ps3/360 during their time (pc gamer) so I am definitely in the target market but unless the remaster is done really well they just aren't that fun to play or good to look at compared to current gen games, and we are definitely in a period where there are so many new games coming out I don't have the time to play all the ones I want to.

Demons Souls / Dark Souls Collection

Batman Arkham Asylum / City Collection

Infamous 1/2 Cole Collection

Gravity Rush 2 with 1 included...and done.

I'd prefer Dark Souls. If you don't have a PC there's not a good way to play it right now.

If I didn't have a PC I would agree, but atm there is no way to play Demons Souls outside of PS3. Best case scenario is a Demons Souls remaster maybe partially funded by Sony on PS4 and From outsourcing Dark Souls to a third party for PS4/XB1. I doubt Dark Souls will get anything more than a port of the Prepare to Die addition at 1080p and maybe 60fps but the more I think about it the more I doubt Dark Souls gets anything.

I know these keep coming up but they must close to the top of "the list". I'd hope that it was all three games too as the three of them are very different to each other and I enjoy all three.

I don't want remakes either as I'm not a fan of remakes, I want the same games but hopefully at 1080/60.

Would happily play an inFamous collection and MGS 4 but not that bothered about Resistance although I did enjoy the second game. Surely some sort of Wipeout Fury VR collection must be on the cards too. Killzone 2 & 3 would be a potential buy for me and would look really good remastered.

Would quite like a proper PixelJunk Collection too.

Not a Sony game but I would absolutely kill for an updated Orange Box which included Portal 2. Portal was incredibly beautiful on PS3 so having all this stuff running on the updated engines at 1080/60 would be fantastic for me.

EDIT:
A complete version of Burnout Paradise would be good too although it would probably get in the way of the new Need for Speed.

I think expecting anything not from the PS3 generation is asking too much of Sony, at this point in time.

It's cheaper to just release a 1080 port of a last-gen game without redoing all textures or any major work on the titles. Similiar to what happened with God of War 3. So I guess we should expect the big first party PS3 titles to get bundles or re-releases.

I doubt thats how it worked honestly. Having less competition can only help it too. Probably benefits both not releasing so close to one another considering their similarities.

I don't think Motorstorm is achievable at 60fps on PS4 without a hell lot of caring and loving , also known as high development costs (please see The Last of Us remake presentation).

Puppeteer. That's the one game we need remastered.

It already runs and looks fantastic on ps3. I don't disagree that it should have gotten more attention, but it's not a brilliant game trapped behind a shitty framerate or anything. (lookin at you dragon's dogma.)

Is there no chance Sony would introduce backwards compatibility? Too expensive?

Too complex technically. The PS3 was a hot mess of not quite ready for primetime technology when it launched. Also they already doubled down on their poorly priced streaming service.
