I used to go with the cheap stuff (supermarket own brand menthol) but I just discovered Natural American Spirit for me. Especially this one:

with 10% perique tobacco. burns very slow, is packed with tobacco and tastes great.

eh, tried e-cigs it's not the same. doesn't taste anything like tobacco. aynway this was meant for real cigarettes.

I think all American Spirits burn slow. I used to smoke those. I went from Organics to Black to Blue to Mediums/Celedon.

It is the smoothest cigarette and most people who have bummed cigs from me have become converters. Even if I am out of cigs, I don't like to smoke anything else. I very rarely get Yellows but I do if I am going to do a heavy night of drinking since I chain smoke while drinking.

Also vape now. Can run upstairs, no longer plegmy, feel better.

I've also tried the blue pack but I prefer black. I think the perique makes it.

Will try green and yellow, I have to start smoking the lighter stuff... I smoke too much.

When I smoked for 15 years, I smoked Camel Lights. I haven't had a cigarette in 9 years, but I'll have a Cigar every so often. One of my favorites is the Oliva V Series.

I have an occasional Djarum Black (clove cigarettes) on the weekends, if drinking.

I'll have a couple of Marlboros when I'm on the golf course with my dad, which is on rare occasion these days.

Kids at home, if you haven't started yet...don't.

Lucky Strikes Convertibles.

Those Lucky Strikes ones you can switch to menthol when clicking on the ball in the filter.

I only smoke at parties though, not daily. Well maybe once a day on holidays.

Belmont Regulars for the last three years.
I'm working on reducing my consumption, going from two a day to a couple of week. Small steps make it easier.

never heard of these. do they taste like normal menthols? gotta find them.

Didn't smoke for like, 19 years, then I smoked Marlboro Reds for a year, then gave them up. I haven't bought cigarettes since.

They sound like the Camel Crush. I used to buy then just to crush the filter to make it a menthol.

I bought 2 cartons of these yesterday.

Me too.

Yellow is too light for me (except when chain smoking while drinking) so that is why mediums are so good! Green packs are menthol cigs by the way.

I only discovered these on my recent trip to south america. Conversibles or Click-On they are called. They are available for most major brands. Marlboro, Luckies, Pall Mall, etc.

I found it cool to smoke half without the menthol, then click and smoke the last half with it.

Luckies also released a double click one with lemon flavor. So you could click for lemon or click for menthol - or click both! Haha. Cigarette technology down there is pretty amazing.

I don't smoke anymore but when I did I switched it up between Marlboro Blacks, Camel Golds, Camel Crushs, American Spirit Blues and American Spirit Blacks.

I had sort of a strange journey before I quit years ago. I started with Marlboro Ultra Lights, which led to Marlboro Blend 27s. I liked the more hearty flavor, reminded me of coffee in a strange way. I soon discovered Camel Turkish Royals, which had a similar profile but were a bit cheaper in my area, so I stuck with those for a few months. A friend then introduced me to Djarum Black clove cigarettes, and I found it very difficult to go back to anything else.

Maryland then banned sales of them, and I sure as hell wasn't going to drive to Virginia every time I wanted to stock up. Went out in a blaze (heh) of glory by smoking unfiltered Lucky Strikes until I couldn't take it anymore and gave up cold turkey.
