Sweet lord the Iron Forge and their fricking endless molotovs.
I've got Piper decked out like Grognak.
I've decided I love this game.
Eh, I like her original detective look. You gave her a sword too?
I just like the way she rocks the leather coat, gloves, and hat. She dies a lot, but at least she looks cool.
Does Nick Valentine's appearance creep anyone else out?
Loving the game, but biggest disappointment so far is all the women in the game have the same color panties and bras. I have a shack full of dead settler women and they all have the same white panties and bras on. If they do release a spinoff, I hope the devs change it up. Imagine disrobing a woman in the game and she could be wearing a purple thong or the next one could have pink panties. It would make hunting people down and dragging them to your hideout more fun.

I went there with Nick Valentine. He immediately picked up a flamer and started going to town on the Forged. It was one of the few particularly cool encounters I had where the companion proved more useful than just being a second target for enemies.Sweet lord the Iron Forge and their fricking endless molotovs.
Er, how do you drag people?
I can't find any more women settlers near the Tenpines shack. Only found 2 so far near the shack and one took me 20 minutes to drag back. Will try again tomorrow.

This crap should be ban worthy.
Being a pit fighter I had Cait run around in the Grognak gear. Seemed thematic for her IMO
Sanctuary has never been attacked in almost 90h of gameplay. =/ Maybe my 200 defense are too frightening...
I tried to put some armor on her and it ended up removing all of her clothes so I ended up keeping her in her regular dress.
Why? It's a role playing game.
Is there any way to turn the Lost Patrol mission into Danse after he's on theThe quest marker still points to him.airship and a possible companion?
They call him the Wanderer. That's one way to end an OT.

Well using melee is a extreme example because thats andifferent style of play. But you make it sound you cant use shotguns because you dont have the rifle perk, which again, is not true at all
Bloody mess is a dmg buff avross the board as is black widow / lady killer, you can use those. And the late mods you get from science 4 and gun nut 4 also.
Isn't science mainly for like laser weapons? Wish you could see what the later ranks actually gave you.

Talk to the captain instead. Not Maxson, the dude that greets you on the Prydwen, I forget his name. He has a hat. When you enter the prydwen (I mean the door) go down 2 stairs to to where he is with other people
How do you beatIn survival and he just goes stealth and wrecks me.Kellog?
No dice. He just talked to me about the Prydwen and then keeps saying "You have your orders, Knight." This is really frustrating. I didn't go through all that shit and savescum the speech check with the guy in the bunker just to not be able to finish it.
Worked for me, he talks about it and you go "actually I already found him" :/
Yeah, I didn't like the four choice decision but I was also recognizing this was less Bethesda truly stepping back from meaningful dialogue and more that they simply were dropping any real attempt at it (it might even be argued they went further than before here) as I noticed Oblivion didn't actually seem to have much freedom in quests and Fallout 3 was only marginally better than that was. It's still a shame though that Obsidian's example didn't really take hold, or that they got the idea for one reason or another that they shouldn't do that (maybe bad focus groups? Simply a matter of where to put resources with their preferences very different from Black Isle/Obsidian's?)Except the part where the game still has two of those three things and the other was never in Fallout 3 to begin with. I don't know what game you're playing but Fallout 4 still has as many "meaningful choices" as 3 did (or any Bethesda RPG for that matter).
Again, any perceived "dumbing down" was always there. You're just being reminded that is, in fact, there every time you play another Bethesda RPG. The dialogue choices and the way they branch are pretty much as shallow as they've ever been post-Oblivion, they're just in an even more transparent coat of paint.
This game as as many "meaningful choices" as any of their other games. Fallout 4 is just more back-loaded than Fallout 3. This goes exactly the same for character progression.
I will repeat myself because I feel like saying it three times already isn't somehow enough: This game is just another run-of-the-mill Bethesda RPG post-Oblivion (e.g. everything but Morrowind). It's a shadow of the really bold variety that you get from Black Isle/Obsidian's work but that's not my point. I have only been talking about it in the scope of their other games, and in that regard it is still nearly the same.
