We're years away from the first game ever getting released but I think it being an independent studio and not a first party studio of Sony shows that we'll possibly see a few different things. There's the Respawn and Titanfall thing where they went with Xbox to get Titanfall going and are now making a sequel and another game which are multiplatform. The Platinum route which sees publishers getting games whether exclusive to a console or multiplatform. Finally there's the Remedy outlook where they maintain being third party while making games for a first party like Quantam Break.

This wouldn't unprecedented for them. Helldivers is, for instance, owned by Sony. PlayStation Mobile (not the same PlayStation Mobile that recently shut down) published the game on Steam.

Knowing Kojima and how he love to create big stories etc.. I don't know how a one title deal going to work if Sony owns the IP.

Wowow. I mean I dont care for exclusives anymore but Sony wasted absolutely no time in securing this exclusive. I know they have been successful this gen so they have some leverage now, but they have been doing this forever.
