How do you get out of that that RE4 is coming to PS4? The PS Store has a bug where it uses the icon of another game or theme or whatever, and the rounded corners prove that it's just the PS3 version, not a new one being made for the PS4.

Dont need the 360 version the PS3 version is fine. iOS version is trash. I own the Wii version, just never got around to finishing it.

This solidifies that RE4 is one of the greatest games of all time. It keeps getting ported to every newer system and selling well each time. The only other game I can think of that also gets that treatment is Doom.

The PlayStation Store is kind of broken right now. You'll get the wrong icons for a bunch of things on the webstore. I mean completely wrong too. I was on the JP webstore and got EU icons for some of the things. Given the theme has nothing to do with RE4 I'd say this is probably what happened.

Of course, Capcom is probably going to port RE4 to PS4 eventually anyway.

Capcom probably will re-release RE4 on PS4 eventually tho, but it'll just be a port of UHD PC... except it is possible that it won't even be 60fps. Remember everyone, REmake HD and the upcoming RE0 HD are 30fps (and not even locked, dropping into the 20s) on PS4 when they should be 60fps no problem.

Cris and Albert's PC mod is going to destroy any re-releases Capcom does.

I give zero fucks TBH, it'll just be yet another re-release with zero effort put into it, with the same old muddy textures and everything else. I just don't see the point in getting a lazy-ass port job if the Resident Evil HD project is just around the corner, with completely overhauled textures that'll put any new "HD" rerelease by Capcom to shame ^^.

I don't see why Capcom shouldn't just dump Ultimate HD Edition on PS4 and Xbox one in 1080p and 60fps. The only problem is they'll probably make you pay full price again even if you bought it on PS4 or 360. People who did should get an upgrade discount or something.

FF7. The PS3 version sold millions and was in the top 10 psn charts for years. The PS4 version, last time I checked, was over a million.
