Disgaea will also be out by the end of your vacation too, just saying. Also you liking until dawn, anyone died for you yet?

Yeah, but there's no reason in getting Street Fighter V now, when I'm practicing Tekken Tag 2 to be ready for Tekken 7 in April.

I think I have had 3 die on me so far. And I'm loving it.

And on this last day of January, it is my birthday. Too bad everything I wanted got delayed :(
Cheer up freaky pikachu. Wish you a happy birthday!
Well, it's always hard to tell how it would have if there was no Denuvo since we can't jump between parallel universes ;)

Jokes aside, I am of a similar opinion since a long time. The percentage of pirates who will never buy a game whether it's DRM gets hacked or not is being underrated by pubs. And the positive effect on sales by pirating (direct or indirect) is seemingly not even looked at in a serious manner.
I can imagine potential buyers even steering away just because of intrusive, performance impacting, future unproof DRM.

Dungeonering too stressful for Ozium ;_;

Lol, that must have been one hell of a dungeon.

yeah boss run, I could sware it was a mind controlled Zkylon that killed him too (which is why I highlighted the man slayer perk she got at the end lol) but game is saying it was a heart attack. Im not sure, that boss was too hectic tbh, I dont remember exactly what happened at the end. I was just hoping she would die before we all wiped. Not looking forward for the upgraded version of the Siren >_>

I love how the main progression mechanic in Shadowrun Dragonfall can nudge you to make selfish and immoral decisions.

Haven't seen that since Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer, where the Soul Hunger mechanic was constantly threatening to give you ever worse debuffs and possible XP loss in chunks of 25% level. So if you didn't manage that perfectly and haven't seen enemy ghosts for a while, that quest NPC might start looking pretty delicious

JC3 really feels like its a good game, but you can feel the constant internet connection.

First off the game tries to connect to the S-E servers for 20-30 seconds each time I start the game with a 100mbps connection.
Then whenever I want to start a challenge, it first loads the leaderboards.
Then sometimes I lose my connection for whatever reason...

Crappy drive speed?
Low memory->much swapping + coupled with drive speed?

The X-station 460

check cpu usage

it's probably just the game if both your cpu and gpu aren't being utilized

Yup seems to be the CPU since when I'm running the game and I check Task Manager the CPU usage is minimal, while the RAM the game uses is 1.5 GB

How do I go about resolving this? I ave an NVidia grafix card btw.

that feel when you beat your own record in super hexagon by a second and then made a silly mistake that you could've avoided easily...

Yo ladies I need a program for moving my mates Windows 10 from an HDD to his brand-spankin' new SSD?

Preferably free cause he's a god damn cheapskate, but if you lot can recommend something I'll look into it either way.

Why not do a clean install and backup important data?

You will have far more issues if you try to move that OS to another HDD/SDD than it would be if you just do a clean install. Trust me ;)

If you're dead set on it, you can use EaseUS Todo Backup. It has a mode to image HDD to SSD.

Sunless Sea's information item system makes zero sense. When you're at your home you can read the newspaper to get the item "News" that you than can trade for favors to people in far away lands that don't have newspapers. But if you do trade it with person A you can't tell person B anymore. Same with "Storys from the zee".

I just told the girl from the university a story and got a bit of cash, but now the item "Story from the zee" is gone rom my inventory.

This is not how information works.

People seems to change their minsd on how many days it takes for Steamspy to get the official numbers all the time. Ive heard so far 3 days, but it's been 3 days with The Witness and Blow says the sale number is too low.

I really wonder how the split is between PC and PS4.

No, but it's how the game works. Just pretend the information is transferred to the cards you are trading in.

Btw I'm not sure if I remember correctly, but the story from the zee cards can be traded elsewhere for better stuff.

Think of it not as information, but as resources.

I really really wanted to like this game, and have had it on my wishlist for months. I had watched some Let's Plays and it seemed very interesting and atmospheric. In the end, it was just too slow and tedious for my tastes. I'm glad there was a free weekend, because it saved me some money.

It is 3 days, but it is always three days. So the data now is 3 days behind. Since its a game that continues to sell well on the top seller list, its understandable it moved some significant copies in the interval.

Blow already said the split between PC/PS4 is pretty even.

Man as soon as you go and follow RotTR story it's like you started playing different game. Game becomes action, action, move that thing, action, action, action, climb there... Also as soon as game takes controls from you Lara is falling, moaning, screaming. I really, really don't like how they distributed action and adventure in story. As soon as i leave main story aside game becomes much, much better. Especially when you don;t use map and that Instinct vision or whatever.

Same, been a surprising amount of dissent to it on this thread.

Plus, got to ask, what's with all the z's?

When's Intel next processor flagship out and what is it called?

Ive tried Googling, but Ive never had any knowledge in PC component stuff. Only thing I got out of my googling is something called Broadwell-E.

Little "review" about Dream.
The game has (or had? Since it left EA) potential, sadly is still VERY bugged, and some puzzles are really a nightmare (not because they are hard, but sadly even when you know exactly what to do, the execution can get you stucked for hours, like the conveyor puzzle in Act 3).
Basically you face three acts: in every act you need to perform several actions (puzzle solving) in order to "complete" the act. Inside each act there's one "nightmare" (basically a creepy dream you need to solve, but those are brainless easy) and one or plus side-dreams, in which you need to collect items, solve puzzles or simply do a "walking simulator" section.
Scattered between the game there are several collectibles, required to get the best ending. Sadly those collectibles, or at least some of them, are bugged (like vynil 2, you should get it no matter what by doing a rollercoaster ride, but the game bugs out never giving you the item).
There should be also several endings, but I don't understand what you need to do in order to trigger them. Also the game doesn't end: I was like "now what?", until I realized I need to manually "enter" the ending by visiting again the game hub.

As I wrote, the game had potential, but for now it's only worth bundled, I think. Some music tracks are really good, but the whole experience feels confusing, random, sometimes hard but not because the puzzle itself is hard, sometimes glitchy (I needed to restart some sections a LOT of time because my character got stucked inside a wall, a rock, or simply the game crashed).
EDIT: I forgot this: in the game you can find some usable items...sadly the game NEVER gives you ANY hint about this, I needed to actually google to discover how open the "inventory", and what each item does. This is a big fail because you NEED those items in order to proceed in the game.

We're jumping a title now? :p

Still not sure what to make of the sneaking aspect, but the rest of the trailer was great and the pants on fire stuff was hilarious!

I'm fired up for it again.

Umh, I think you misurunderstood me. I'm not interested in the game because of poor stealth sections (yeah, the stealth section in the demo was poor, the Metal Gear reference was because of robots, not because of stealth), but I like the fact the game is really different from any FF game released until now, it's more like Kingdom Hearts than a classic FF. And I'm happy with this, I can't stomach random encounter and turn-based fights anymore those days.

Wanted to buy it, because they announced VR support, but afaik the DK2 wasnt even supported.

Apparently I loaded up Rise of the Tomb Raider only to stumble my way to bed and pass out. Oops. I hate artificial inflations of game time.
