You're missing the point... the whole purpose of this PC push is to unify Xbox Live (not divide) through Windows 10.

Yep, time to enjoy this world in which we're SOL on benchmarks unless someone has a setup to count frames manually or they're built in with fps displays.
I'd hope this is just a temporary thing as it just randomly launched. Not being crossbuy as expected would be wack.

Doesn't Rise of the Tomb Raider purchased from the Windows store have issues with G-sync as well, since it's V-sync locked?
I was under the impression that all Windows Store "apps" will suffer from this issue, so it isn't surprising it happened with this game, and will happen with Quantum Break, Forza, Killer Instinct, etc.
I didn't invest in a G-sync monitor to go back to stutter/input lag. Get your act together Microsoft, otherwise this is building up to another addition to the long list of ways you've fucked up trying to get a foothold in PC gaming.

Did this work for you? I just tried going through the Ukrainian payment I had saved from Tomb Raider and it fails.
Looks like MS patched it
Don't quote me but I tried using my saved payment method for the Ukrainian region and it errors out. Unless you can list a legit billing address (which your CC approves as your billing address), gonna assume they won't allow the transaction.

The thing I hated the most on the windows store version of ROTR was the delay when taking screenshots. I'd press whatever the shortcut is and it would capture the screen a few seconds later.
Wow, this really sucks for me. At least Rise of the Tomb Raider had its regional pricing corrected, but here Gears is more expensive (R$139,00) than ROTR (R$129,99) right now. :/

No Cross play I'm guessing because of mouse and keyboard? Wish they did crossbuy but maybe the staggered release would make that difficult.

I'm somehow reminded a bit to the original release of GoW on the PC, where Microsoft used it to gage interest in a paid GFWL service on PC and quickly reconsidered their stance and left their PC side to die.
This GoW is a stealth release that uses only their new store front app system and most likely used to gage interest.
Seems like they are fast learners on PC.

Hmm it is as 4k though but for such an old game I suspect it should run a lot better than that. Anyone who's downloaded it can you give your performance impressions?
