Could try that I guess.

==================================================

BTW, Lincoln Tunnel CM is supposed to be one of the two "easier" CMs right? I tried pugging it a few times and each time we just get destroyed at the entrance. I'll try out pugging for Event Center CM but I can't say I'm too optimistic about it.

At this point it feels like I'm better off just trying to get a DZ group going or just get 4 lvl 30s and get PCs from the hard dailies.

My stats for reference:
http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=198446337&postcount=19455

For challenge missions it really helps to team shoot enemies and try to funnel them into choke points where possible. Drop back to safety if you are being overwhelmed as well. Hit them with skills to stun and disorient and concentrate fire on 1 enemy at a time. having 3-4 people shooting at 1 enemy at once really helps to drop their health down quick. Also, if you are playing with a team it helps to build your characters for specific roles. Someone having the ammo crate health station is great to keep the team from running out of ammo.

Which upgrades should I get first from each wing? Are there any priorities?

Actually wondering this myself

Also wondering if I should ration at all? Or is it pretty easy to get enough wing xp to unlock everything eventually? I guess at the moment im not unlocking anything out of the fear that there's only enough exp to unlock a subset of the unlocks?

Had no problems until yesterday also, when it was a mess. Ingame audio and chat cutting all the time. Wonder if there's a problem with the servers or PSN?

Exactly the same, the team chat starts to not respond at some point, and people can't hear me, and i hear them cut out.

Also inside the game i'm running in some empty street, and i hear sound glitches, like someone thats talking but you just hear a milisecond of what they are saying, like little bleeps of conversations. As if npc want's to talk but the sound gets cut off really fast so they sound just like blurps.

I play on PS4.

I'm level 11 now. So far I've managed to spend all my playtime in a group of four. The co-op is good, and that's what I was looking for.

I know it's early but I'm a little surprised at the absolute lack of enemy variety. Yes, I understand that the Division is restricted by the real-world setting but they could have added something like technicals, motorcycles, gun emplacements, attack dogs, or drones.

Well, with a later game exception, the factions are mostly normal people. Rioters are civilians who took up arms. Cleaners are Sanitation Engineers who are trying to clean up the virus with fire. Rikers are escaped Cons from Rikers Penitentiary. I can't see them having attack dogs or drones or anything.

Though, I would like to see things like that added down the road, maybe for a new faction!

Oh my god people that don't know how to die when they are the last one alive are the MOST ANNOYING. Seriously when there are 5 elite flamethrower dudes camping the team's corpses, it just ain't gonna happen. This fucking dude has wasted almost 20 minutes of everyone's time just running around planting turrets and doing nothing. We could have wiped and had 3 more shots at it.

Game bugged out and wouldn't let me extract from the DZ last night despite multiple tries... Finally after leaving the DZ and reloading it spawned me in a safe house in the middle of the DZ...why? Anyways, it was late and I figured I'd try for a quick extract. Made it back down to DZ01 extraction and started it up... As I was dealing with about 6-8 purple guys that swarmed in I got shotgunned in the back by another player lol. Thanks, Massive, you owe me 8 purples and a checkered hat.

How about the massive lag yesterday that meant I emptied two rounds into a shotgunner when he was 100 yards away from me but then we suddenly dropped dead simultaneously about 15 seconds later.

Luckily I ran back and got my stuff but man, having bugs happen in the DZ is a heartbreaker.

Is there a recommended DPS for the regular daily (not challenge)? Probably going to just finally make the jump to 30 today and wanted to see if I'll need to get some more gear at 30 to tackle the daily missions, or if you can do them well enough if you are at 30?

regular daily is super easy, I ran it with matchmaking the second I hit 30 and had no problems at all in all blues. Just run with something like ammo station and flame turret and you will be fine, just hang back a little bit more and make more use of your sniper.

and people talking about DZ heartbreak - don't run the DZ solo. Its the WORST way to experience the DZ. Matchmake from hub (the first spot you land in Manhattan) or find groups on reddit/etc. Heck, just invite people into a party if you see them solo in the DZ. DZ is 100x better with 3-4 people than solo, even if its complete strangers without mics. You kill stuff way faster, you have people to watch your back, and you don't sweat extracts at all.

So I hear that actual player confrontation is just about dead at max lvl because people only want to farm and are afraid of losing DZ levels. Say it ain't so.

Ah! I have the complete opposite experience. I just told myself nothing is actually mine until I extract it and whatever happens happens. Ever since I hit 14 I been exclusively playing in the dark zone and just hit lv 30 there. Still really fun, intense and enjoyable when you never know if someone is going to try and kill you at any point.

I never go rogue but I hunt them and usually am the one helping people in the DZ extracting and reviving them. :)

EDIT: Always solo by the way, forgot to mention that

In my experience this is pretty much the case. Going rogue and dying can lose hours of exp/currency and it's just not worth it.

We decided to go rogue knowing we'd lose big and still were surprised at how much we lost. One death cost me 20,000 DZ (25% of my total) credits, 4 keys (all of them), and 12000 exp (lost an entire level basically).

Massive has commented that they're aware of the complete lack of reasons to PvP in the DZ so hopefully we'll see some pretty radical changes to the rogue system.

I fell through the game world during the daily CM, right when the mods were rushing us as we protected the bomb defuser. I then reappeared at my home base. I had to fast travel to the mission, then run through the entire mission again to get to my team. Was so annoying.

You got lucky! When I fast traveled to mine from home base (where I respawned as well), I fell through again! Then when I restarted the game, more of the floor was missing. It finally worked the 3rd restart and I had to run through the entire mission to get to the boss as well so I know how that is haha

Oh man just had a shifty bug at the end of the Napalm mission where the whole team was dead but we couldn't revive. Had to bail...

What is the earliest level you can hit the Dark Zone? I am only level 7 in the main game currently, but I am ready to check out the dark zone.

In the first dark zone all the bad guys we encountered were between level 10-12. If you want DZ fun bucks or loot you'll need to be able to kill them. I would say level 10 would be a good minimum.

My current stats, may swap stamina mods to firearms ones for PvE content;

Going to highest DZ brackets is none worth, just for ePenis inches as you can say you managed to kill level 32 pack of NPC's. With friend we farmed 01-02, then 03-04 and last 05-06. Our results were that rewards and loot quality is same in all sections so we just speed farm 01-02.

Yeah, that M1A will be there until tonight's reset.

Where has the majority of your gear come from? DZ?

I've been starting on my journey to gear up and it's slow going. Phoenix credits are acquired so slow, thanks early players :3

Fell through the map when doing one of the dailys yesterday (the Russian consulate mission, the last section by the steps) and couldn't join back up with the team, the door to the server room was closed, couldn't advance beyond that smh. Got the rewards but not the drop

Jason Kidd murdered my dog in cold blood!
It's important to always fall back when enemies spawn. Not find the closest cover.

My CM strategy: Fall the fuck back any time anything spawns. Unless the enemy is rushing you, it's really the most effective strategy until you gear up enough to just bulldoze through it. It's frustrating watching puggers go through a CM as if it's a normal strike. I just leave those idiots dead until it's over if they die in the middle of an open space.

Stopped home during lunch and bought that First Wave Marksman Rifle. Seems nice, but looks like my primary SMG actually out DPS's it.... hmmm

When you purchase it at level 30, does it randomly generate stats and attack values, or is it the same for everyone?

What i want to know is what the primary gun is and if it's purchased anywhere in the game i mean the patern for it.

Regular daily is Challenging, if you mean the Hard Difficulty dailies those are a breeze to run though

If gear a little before jumping in unless you have a group that'll help carry you.

Thanks - I guess I'm a bit confused about the different missions available to you once you're 30. Is the regular daily just a one-time thing? How many PC?

I've been 29 for a bit but when matchmaking for DZ have found myself in the level 30 DZ a bunch, so I've got a good amount of level 30 gear once I cross the threshold.

The Advanced Vendor in my BoO doesn't sell any crafting recepies. Am I doing something wrong, do I need to be DZ lvl 50? Haalp.

Looks like the Vector. Special Weapons vendor sells the Blueprint for ~160 Phoenix Credits.

What you wanna do is boost your Firearms stat as high as possible before buying it. At the Recalibration station spec some armor pieces to Firearms, you'll be happy you did it after you build the blueprint and see the DPS you get.

Every day there are three different rotation missions that give extra phoenix credits.

Two hard mode dailies that give 15 PC extra.
One challenging mode daily that gives 30 PC extra. EVERY challenge mode gives 30 PC for completion as well, and you can run then as much as you want every day but just the daily gives an extra 30.

If all you want to do is farm PC and golds then just run the lexington event challenge mode with 3 people, you get a few purples every run, 30 PC credits, and a gold item at the end (guaranteed). I know people who have run it 50+ times over a week to basically get every single high end item in the game. Grinding Lexington is by far, far, far the fastest way to get the best gear in this game. People who are grinding DZ levels - keep in mind the DZ gold patterns only create level 30 items, whereas the PC credit patterns you buy at the BOO create level 31 items.

The dailies reset at 7pm EST for USA by the way.
