Will have to pick this up once it comes out over here as I'm having an issue with the keyboard defaulting to uppercase characters.

But just in case anyone wants to: @XaosWolf

Okay, so I put the list on the first post, though I'm not sure that's the most convenient way since not everyone has the same name here as they do on Twitter. If anyone has a better way, do say!

Been having lots of fun, not so much with Miifoto, but just answering and hearing other people's answers to Miitomo's questions. Hope to add some more gaffers soon!

many, many mobile games don't do this. and it's nintendo... i don't think they need to ask users for positive word of mouth. it's already #2 on the app store and featured on the app store/google play despite being launched only in japan

The fact that it has an option to opt out of it ever bugging you again, which is something most games that prompt you for reviews don't offer (in my experience), means that I'm having trouble seeing it as much of a flaw.

Wow my phone really hates the Dropdown game. App froze after the mii started to bounce between one of those bumper things.

I am enjoying the Miiphoto feature a lot. I will wait for the NA release to bother linking my NNID and regestering friends.

Finally got this to work on my jailbroken iPhone. If anyone one wants to add me to twitter, it's @cloudvinters (random ffxiv posts only though!)

I feel like this app really hinges on the popularity of miis. If people don't find miis cute or funny, this app isn't going to appeal to them.

Platinum Points (via Nintendo Missions)

(Daily)
Change your Mii’s clothes once in a day +5
Give 3 answers in one day +5
Get 5 hearts on your answers in one day +10
Get 5 comments on your answers in one day +10
Listen to your friends answers 10 times in one day +10

(Weekly)
Sign in to Nintendo eShop +30
Sign in to Miiverse +30

So you could get 340 platinum points on a good week.
Seeing as stuff like 3DS themes start at 200 it seems we'll be able to get quite a lot out of this new service.
Points expiring after 6 months is a kicker though.

With some nice big one-time Platinum point bonuses for things like linking to Twitter, it should be possible to easily get the 1000 needed for Twilight Pricross basically right away.

I'm still not quite sure how people already got TP Picross..... I've linked up everything and still not got it.

Does seem weird. The max I can see anyone having after day one is 825, assuming my rough calculation is correct. That's basically every coin on the chart, plus the 200 bonus for pre-registering.

Yeah, I'm on 760 Platinum Points now after buying the Coin Box (necessary) and have yet to link Google+ (don't have it) and sign into eShop...but even those would only net me up to 800 and I got the prerelease bonus.

I wonder if people are playing with time settings?

There's also
+100 by starting MN
+100 for early registration
-50 buying box
+10 by doing secret mission
+200 from club nintendo

I really dislike the fact that you can't add people as friends within Miitomo. And don't really understand the logic, are they promoting the other social networks or what?

At least let me use Miiverse for that, like Twitter and Fb.

They should at least add a fourth option for adding friends, a Miiverse login. I'm friends on there with most of the people I'd add, and a lot of them don't use FB or Twitter so I'm going to have to use the Face to Face one. Which isn't practical, really, as many of them are miles away.

My favourite part about the whole signing up process yesterday was when it told me that my Mii didn't have permission to be copied, but didn't tell me how to change the setting. I ended up having to open up Mii Studio on my 3DS, edit my Mii, change the setting, generate a QR code, and then scan it. That felt so Nintendo.

I guess on the bright side, I was able to notice just how much sharper Miis look on your iPhone (or Wii U, I guess!) compared to the 3DS.

As for the app, itself, it's pretty neat! It was pretty fun to mess around with. Adjusting the voice sliders had me cackling. and I enjoy the goofy loading menus.

I can't add you guys to the list because of your profile protection. If you want in, send me a PM when you've lifted the protection and I'll add you to the list.

List is updated again btw!

I'll do it when I wake up in a few hours.

Thanks for the heads-up.
