Terrible voice acting and unique if very frustrating mechanics assured me I would never actually beat this game as a teenager, but it was funny to play.
I never had the PSOne predecessor to this game, so I went into this headfirst. Really good soundtrack but going back to it I cant make heads or tails on anything anymore.
Everyone forgot this existed, and when it existed everyone thought it was garbage, and rightfully so, unfortunately I got ahold of a game magazine that listed every single wrestling technique of all the characters and I got the game and played it for hours trying to unlock everything. And not once did I question if this game wasn't actually good. Had fun though.
Everblue was a cool diving mystery game thing. I think it eventually turned supernatural but I never got that far.
Lol, Spider-man 2 is still regarded as the best Spider-man game. No one forgets that one.
Still hoping for a PS2 classic release on the PS4 for Alter Code F.
The best wrestling game on the PS2?
Galactic Wrestling Featuring Ultimate Muscle has fun gameplay and some really cool finishers.
I'lll go with Dokapon Kingdom, an interesting board game that even let you rename your opponents...
Huh, didn't know Drakan had a PS2 release. It's one of those games I heard about, knew was good, but never sat down to play. How does it hold up?
Was literally JUST going to post this. Love this game, it is unique I think because it is a character action game that really feels like much of it is designed just like an arcade game.I don't know if people forgot about it, but Shinobi still lives as the hardest game in my heart:
The adrenaline when beating that was great, and it's stylish to boot, the scarf is out of this world.
I have both this and the PSOne original. It was your typical JRPG but the music was some of the best I've heard.

Everyone forgot Mark of the Kri and Rogue Galaxy so badly that they were some of the first games to receive the PS2 to PS4 treatment.

Great game, that has some deceptively deep mechanics. But I preferred the the sequel Nightshade.
Hibana (and all things Shinobi) remain forgotten and ignored by Sega.
Somehow all the games that came after this had inferior swing mechanics. I don't know what made it special, but I would boot up this game just to swing around the city and look cool doing it. There was even a little skill involved. The game didn't help you swing nicely. If your web misfired and you went straight for a building, your streak was over. No points, No achievements, just your own satisfaction of swinging around the big city. I loved it.Spider-Man 2:
Always interested in these games but heard there were really difficult. Particularly in platforming.
As someone who prefers to breeze through games on lower difficulties (with exceptions for the games I care about) this scared me off.
Fingers crossed that second image doesn't just blow out the size of this post. But goddamn, I've recently been reminiscing hard for the fun I used to have with my friends on four player split screen with that game.
