It's not really reasonable to expect to get a 1:1 replica of characters, especially when they're cartoonish. You're probably never going to find anyone who has legs like Tracer, no old man is going to have the collossal build of Reinhardt. That weightlifter may need some bigger muscles, but she has the look for Zarya and if she ever decides to make a decent costume, she'll be one of the best at any convention.
