Yep, have had it running on and off for two hours now, no crashes, pokemon consistently appearing, etc. Much less frustrating than yesterday morning (U.S./Michigan here).
Lack of AR doesn't bother be but are you saying the game play slow on this phone ?

It doesn't have a gyroscope so the AR doesn't work. And mine only had 8 GB internal storage so space was always an issue. You can't really install apps onto an SD card to make up for it either. That's the phone I just replaced. It worked well enough, but the storage was a killer. Performance for Pokemon was fine for me though.
I'm there as well and it's working. Weird.
Can I ask with what you replaced it ?

Can't even log on at all and every time I use the app I gotta log in with my google account and go through the whole 2 step account process it's a real pain just to quickly open it and check if anything is around.Really starting to be come more of an inconvience then anything at this point.I can't believe they weren't prepared for this I mean it's a free Pokemon game on phones what did they think was gonna happen...

Clicking, nothing happening and then the Pokemon disappearing is usually due to server lag. Haven't experienced it in any other, systematic way.
So glad it got released in Belgium. Also my first question is there a limit on how much coins I can collect every day from having gyms? I mean will I be able to keep collecting every 24 hours as long as I have a gym (or more) or is there a limit on how many free coins u can collect?

Moto G4 from Amazon. It was only $125 on Prime Day so I just got it a couple days ago. It's quite nice and has the newest version of Android which the Moto E is not getting.
No words about this issue from Niantic.

Not sure if I agree with the list completely. Tauros should not be anywhere near that high if I have 8 of them, for example.
Can't argue with a lot of the common/uncommon, but I haven't even seen a sandshrew, ekans, doduo, etc. on the nearby marker, despite driving all over my state (no deserts here, but if they automatically become rare because of that, fuck me)
Yeah Moto E is stuck on 4.3 or 4.4 or something, but Android 6 (Marshmallow) is out. Not super widespread yet, but the Moto G4 seems like one of the cheapest options that has it.
Every 21 hours and I don't think there is a limit. Otherwise they would restrict you from buying coins with real money and that wouldn't be in their interest.
Well the refurbd was only 42$ so I guess I will live with that limitation for now, lol.

I'm Lv 16 and just obtained 3 new eggs from Pokestops and as per usual, I still don't have a 10K egg.
Are they really that rare? I've gotten nothing but 5K eggs and barely any 2K eggs.

yeah I think lists are pretty pointless, I do think a lot of it depends on your location really. I've never seen a diglett, geodude, doduo, sandshrew, but swimming in caterpie, weedle, pidgey, spearow, eevee. Also Farfetch'd on just rare? Has anyone on here even seen one?

I'm level 7 after starting yesterday. Got 9 eggs. 1 10km, 1 5km and the rest were 2km. The 5km egg hatched and I got an Ekans. Little bit disappointed with it.

I've probably gotten 3 or 4 10k eggs. Visited hundreds of stops so yeah they're pretty rare.

Have a pokey on a Gym, for I think 24 hours, and you obtain 10 coins per Gym you have one on.
Yes, put one Pokemon into a gym and receive 10 coins for that in the shop overview at any time (up to 10 gyms for a total of 100 coins) every 21 hours. We also have a new thread now (see above).

Jolteon can only learn Thunder Shock as a fast move, which has a power of 5 and a duration of 0.6 seconds. Thunder Shock adds 7 energy out of 100 per use, so 100 Thunder Shocks makes for 7 Thunders, 14 Thunder Bolts, or 21 Discharges.
I'll compare the three Jolteons, over 100 uses of Thunder Shock and then all their specials to look at the DPM (damage per minute).
Jolteon w/ Spark, Thunder: 100 uses of Thundershock at 6.25 power per 0.6 seconds is 625 power in 60 seconds, 7 uses of Thunder at 81.25 power per 4.2 seconds is an additional 568.75 power in 29.4 seconds, for a total of 1193.75 power in 89.4 seconds, so 801.17 DPM.
Jolteon w/Spark, Thunderbolt: 100 uses of Thundershock at 6.25 power per 0.6 seconds is 625 power in 60 seconds, 14 uses of Thunderbolt at 62.5 power per 2.7 seconds is an additional 875 power in 37.8 seconds, for a total of 1500 power in 97.8 seconds, so 920.24 DPM.
Jolteon w/Spark, Discharge: 100 uses of Thundershock at 6.25 power per 0.6 seconds is 625 power in 60 seconds, 21 uses of Discharge 50 power per 2.5 seconds is an additional 1050 power in 52.5 seconds, for a total of 1675 power in 112.5 seconds, so 893.33 DPM.
So Thunderbolt > Discharge >> Thunder.
Makes sense or they have free coin and purchased coin apart in the code that's possible as well I know of games that do that.

I would assume they are already working on them and will deploy them as soon as usage/revenue from the app flags considerably. Which ironically would mean that if you want them sooner, you would contribute by not buying anything or even using it.
This has potentially huge legs if they keep deploying new generations, as long as they pace them far apart enough that each one of them feels like a genuinely exciting addition instead of just a bigger checklist.
I was also thinking they could even do collaborations with other IPs, since it seems the thing to do with mobile apps. I like Pokemon as much as the next guy, but add in the possibility of capturing chocobos, cactuars and rabites and you have me hooked forever.

I was hanging out downtown yesterday afternoon and picked up a metric shit ton of doduos and dodrios. I was thinking they were the new pidgeys, they were that bad.
edit: I also got five pinsirs at that same time. no WAY they're that rare

i mean it says Spearow is uncommon...that fucker appears nearly as often as Pidgeot.
