The challenge, along with coming up with a title, is to finish three or more games in a month. Please post your goals for the month, and please share your triumphs and setbacks and impressions of the games you play as the month goes by.
It doesn't matter how long or short the games are and it doesn't matter if you're just starting or if you're already near the end. Also, you should use your own judgement with what counts as finishing a game since it can sometimes be fuzzy. There aren't any hard rules.
How Long to Beat is a big help, as a guide to how much longer a game will take.
52 Games. 1 Year. 2016. is a thread for if you're looking for a bigger challenge.

I finished:
Flow (PS4): Finished on the 1st. Okay, I went for a quick one I was interested in to get some breathing room for the longer games later this month. It will be a hard month, since I'll be playing Dragon Quest VII for the last third of the month, and most other games I'm interested in right now aren't short. I remembered it as a relaxing game, which I thought would be good right now. It wasn't so relaxing but it was a better game than I remembered. There was more to it and its progression, and thatgamecompany moving on to Flower after this made more sense.
Kentucky Route Zero: Act III: Finished on the 9th. I really like some of the directions it goes in. But I play them so long apart that I forget characters and details, and it can also drag on. But it also hits the right notes.
Okami HD: Finished on the 17th. I took a few long breaks from it since release, but a friend getting it from the Humble Bundle and playing it prompted me to pick it up again. And now I finished it. It's a wonderful game, even if I had forgotten a lot due to the long breaks.
The Bunker: Finished on the 20th. It was a good FMV game but as it went on there were more times you need to repeatedly taptaptaptaptap a button with the required speed, which I hated. Eventually, there was a time limit for you to reach that speed and if you don't then you repeat the sequence from the beginning. That was awful. But as a whole I liked it.
I might go for some of:
Dragon Quest VII: I do not expect to finish it this month. It's the 3DS remake.
Digital Devil Saga: I'm about 3 hours into it, starting a few days ago after buying it 2 or 3 years ago. It is shaping up to be excellent. The SMT battle system works really well as usual.
Okage: Maybe? I'm not far into it and it hasn't totally won me over, but I might play this 25-hour RPG.
My Nintendo Picross:The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess: I have finished the Micross and about half of the regular ones. The Mega Picross puzzles might pose the only problem for me as it is a strange rule I am not used to the rule change.
