Well, that's not what happened in the issue really. The old heroes were dead or moved off planet, and it was all their kids. I don't think they were acting out old battles, either, at least not that I remember? There was the Superman robots that would automatically kill any threat, but the heroes in the story didn't really do anything, outside Damian Bats.

But he only got genuinely interesting when he became Red Hood. I personally wish he'd stayed dead and joined Uncle Ben and the Wayne's as the only people in comics to do so. I feel the same about Damien though and I really liked him.

He was Robin from 1990 to 2011. (Yeah yeah Damian but Tim still had the ongoing and a role in the TT.) That's twenty years, so a full generation of people. If you grew up reading comics, and grew up a fan of the Bat-world--you read a lot of Tim adventures.

And he was written in that "super relatable", Peter Parker mold for the first half of his career so the guy was easy to like.

I'd say to anyone looking to leak info on an unannounced game where the developer has to deal with an ip holder like Marvel or DC, don't. Strains the relationship and makes everyone working on it look bad. Doubly not worth it if you or a friend happens to be a source.

No one cares or will remember you were the first to reveal something.

Given Suicide Squad and Gotham's popularity, it seems like WB should be fast realizing that Batman-related properties don't have to shoehorn Batman himself right in everyone's faces to be successful. The whole Bat-universe seems like it's ripe to break out from BATMAN: SUBTITLE starring BATMAN, but despite evidence that proves the point, they're loathe to make the attempt with any DTV animated features or video games.
