I still really don't know how to feel about all this but right now I'm thinking that it would be kinda superfluous to have the old and new Ps4s. Maybe it'd be fine, maybe not...I don't know.

Simple question though: For those of you getting the Ps4 pro who already got the OG Ps4, are you gonna keep it or sell it?

Already sold mine. Only games I have that I'm looking forward to are Last Guardian and World of FF for October. I can play those later and add them to the backlog list. I'll have my Pro for when FFXV launches.

If I actually do end up getting a Pro, I'd probably just give away my old one to a friend or maybe my family after I do a transfer (I don't want to lose P.T., even though I doubt I'll ever play it).

If and when i buy a pro, i'll definitely sell my old one to partially cover the cost. No point in keeping it around if i'm not gonna use it, and it would have essentially been rendered irrelevant by the newer unit in terms of capability anyway. I usually sell the consoles i don't use just cause it takes up space

How long do launch units last? Since I got mine at launch and I constantly use it for streaming as well as games, is there an expected lifespan? I know my original PS3 eventually stopped working (which sucks because it had the BC)
