30 vs 60 fps iirc, not that it means much in this game but if you prefer high frame rate over portability then go for the PS4 version.

EDIT: A poster below reminded me about the better load times as well. The load times aren't bad on the Vita, it's just that the load times on the PS4 are really fast.

Yes. Be advised that Risky's Revenge is a port of a port of another port and is rather short, but it's still a quality game. Pirate's Curse is absolutely worth it. Fantastic at all prices.
